Sir/Madam,

 
        Kindly refer to this office letter under
reference 1 and reference 2 vide which it was requested to provide the
APARs for the wanting periods 
for the officers as enclosed with the
letter dated 10.09.2021 as per the timelines prescribed by DoPT.

 
         APARs in respect of all IP&TAFS Gr. 'B'
officers working in DoP/DoT  are being maintained by this office. On
scrutiny, it is observed that the
prescribed timelines are not being followed
and APARs in respect of  the  following officers for the periods as
noted against the respective
