MINISTRY OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT
AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The task of promoting entrepreneurship was earlier
given to different departments and government
agencies.
In 2014, the Prime Minister decided to dedicate an

skill development required greater push from the
government's side.
It aims to remove the disconnect between demand
and supply of skilled manpower, to build the new
skills and innovative thinking not only for existing jobs
but also for jobs that are to be created.

by the Government and private sectors, it is important for startups to
leverage these funds and grow their businesses in order to compete
globally.

project. These applications can be daunting and often have a lot of
hoops to jump through; however, by preparing ahead of time, you are
ensuring that you have time to gather the documentation necessary.
