I have more than 10 years, massive exposure as Property Manager, Property Consultant- Sales and
Leasing with ready properties, local and freehold, residential and commercial direct with the owners to
post and work out with.
Work Experience
• Finalizing the deal and completing all procedures including: Rental and Security Deposit collections,
Contract signing, fixing maintenance- contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work and
cleaning issues of the property until the handing over of the property to the Tenant and resolving property
complaints and rental violations, collecting rentals, dealing with late payments, and handling operating
expenses during the tenure.
• Facilitating all procedures on the expiry of the Lease Contract including the inspection of the vacated
unit and terminating leases and evictions, if necessary.
• Familiar in DED, Tasheel, Amer and RTA Vehicle Registrations, Customs and other government offices
like facilitating the payments for property expenses, any related taxes and maintenance costs.
• Preparing report for properties' occupancy and expiry with its financial performances.
• Specialized in Local Market- Rental and Sales in Barsha, Jumeirah, Al Manara and Umm Suqeim, Mirdif
and other local areas. Also working on the Secondary market and off plan freehold development.
• Establishes and maintain effective communication with the clients, real estate developer and real
estate brokers for the selling and advertising, posting and marketing of the real estate properties, seeking
referrals, ideally.
• Drafts Memorandum of Agreement, quotations and contracts and preparing complete support
documents for Sales and Leasing purposes
• Assist clients in viewing the property, on closing sales or leasing and after sales or leasing support
• Understand leads request, review and respond clearly to all inquires and maintains high level of good
customer service.
• Act as a point of contact and mediator in negotiation between buyers and sellers; owners and tenants
