Return Demonstration

According to (Alo, 2017), the engagement of a nursing student in both the classroom and

the clinical laboratory is equally important to the overall learning process. In order for the

nursing student to improve their skills in providing nursing care, they will be given the

opportunity to apply classroom theory to as many different client/patient scenarios and

simulations as is practicable. The classroom is a setting in which clinical instructors and students

share the responsibility for creating an educational climate that encourages intellectual inquiry,

critical thinking, and creativity; facilitates the development of each person's potential; and

reflects democratic values and ethical principles. This responsibility is shared in the context of

the classroom. Studies in the arts, sciences, and humanities form the basis of nursing education at

the undergraduate level. This education lays the groundwork for ongoing personal, professional,

and educational growth. A general practitioner of nursing who is capable of increasing their

responsibility and leadership in the delivery of nursing care to individuals, families, groups,

communities, and societies is the goal of the baccalaureate program. The program is designed to

prepare students to be competent, self-directed, and general practitioners of nursing. Students'

comprehension of the interconnectedness of the numerous nursing principles and skills that are

required to organize and deliver nursing care grew when they were given opportunities to

practice in real-world clinical settings and to put what they had learned in the classroom into

practice. The students, on the other hand, note that after they have participated in each and every

real-life nursing process, they have acquired more knowledge in addition to what they have

learnt in the classroom (Alo, 2005). It is implicated by the fact that academic discussions

stimulate intellectuality, whereas personal interactions articulate emotionality, actual and

personalized delivery of care fortify nursing skills, and interrelatedness of practical return
demonstration to fundamental nursing procedures through the use of simulations in the

laboratory.

Online Laboratory

The possibilities of what scientific educators may provide students have been blown wide

open by the advent of virtual laboratories, which also help to solve some of the most difficult

problems facing academics in the modern day. Virtual labs are becoming increasingly popular in

today's schools as a means of educating, motivating, and inspiring the future generation of

scientists. This comes at a time when classrooms are under pressure from tight finances, students

who are disengaged, and growing knowledge gaps. This book will walk you through everything

you need to know about the expanding use of virtual labs in contemporary instructional

practices. Students participate in hands-on, interactive science simulations online using their own

personal gadgets in what are known as "virtual labs." In each lab, students are placed in

situations that are taken from the real world, and they must use their knowledge to find solutions

to problems that are taken from the actual world. Students can learn the crucial stages to a lab

procedure or travel to the quantum realm to visualize chemistry in a way that they never had

before with the help of virtual laboratories, which are used for teaching both theory and lab

Manyilizu (n.d.) found that students who had previously participated in a virtual

laboratory did significantly better in a real laboratory than those students who had previously

participated in a real laboratory. In addition, the virtual laboratory came first, followed by the

paper-based practical trials, which resulted in the best progressive learning and performance

results for the actual experiments. Therefore, a virtual laboratory is a very useful tool for learning
practical chemistry not only to schools without laboratories but also to those with laboratories;

and it ought to be considered by all of the pre-tertiary schools in Tanzania as well as other

schools in situations that are comparable to Tanzania's.
