I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
E-learning, usually referred to as online learning or electronic learning, is the

process of learning via the use of technology and electronic media. E-learning can be
defined as "learning that is aided electronically" in its most basic form. E-learning
enables students to evaluate their course materials online at any time and from any
location. The most popular e-learning formats are online courses, degrees, and
programs like online tutoring. (Sander Tamm, 2020) To teach children and parents
through e-learning while at home, Educacion, a department of education-affiliated
organization, recently developed an interactive mentorship platform mediated by
competent instructors. The Educacion program aims to close gaps and enhance
education quality in distant learning settings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic,
which has created a new normal for schooling. “Educacion” is managed by Laguna
Northwestern College in cooperation with the DepEd's Information and
Communications Technology Service – Educational Technology Unit (ICTS-ETU). It
was taken from the Spanish term for education, educación. It is based on a public
website that is reachable throughout the country. To make it easier for students to cope
with the Self-Learning setup that is necessary in the face of the pandemic. While the
initiative encourages learning and mastery of the topic, it also focuses on remediation
programs to provide a comprehensive learning experience for all Filipinos. Local
government initiatives are ensuring that no student is left behind in the new normal of
education.
Even though there are several advantages to establishing eLearning sectors in

countries, a few countries are still lagging behind in this field. Of course, several
countries have already jumped ahead of the pack. By fact, everyone is aware that the
United States is one of the nations where eLearning has grown in popularity to the point
that it rivals traditional learning methods. If you're looking for a specialty course that's
hard to come by, the United States is likely to have it in one of its numerous eLearning
institutes. The eLearning industry in the United States is one of the most diverse in the

world, embracing a wide range of sectors and specializations. Over the last several
years, eLearning has paved the way for a broad scale of growth, allowing individuals in
even the most distant corners of the country to have access to schools and higher
education if they have a solid internet connection. The emergence of the eLearning
industry was largely influenced by the country's economic situation. People are
frequently obliged to work in order to make ends meet, putting their education on hold.
People may learn about whatever they desire while still working to support themselves
and their families thanks to online learning. (Adrian Hallberg, 2017). Schools around the
country are exploring tutoring to address the challenges caused by the crisis. More
students than ever before have fallen behind in class since Covid-19. This is true even
for children who have never had any issues in school before. Tutoring in schools has a
high success rate, making it an interesting possibility for raising student achievement. In
the near term, students who have fallen behind due to school closures may experience
a rise tutoring. These pupils are unlikely to require this type of instruction in the long run.
Tutoring programs should emphasize low-performing learners after students who
typically score at grade level or above have caught up on omitted material. This is
especially true for students who had difficulty with distant learning during Covid-19 and
need longer term curriculum help. However in the Philippines, the word "e-learning" is
used interchangeably with "online learning" and refers to the transmission of
instructional materials and related support 6 | P a g e services to students over the
internet. It shows how e-learning has progressed in the country, from being a
supplement to once-a-month face-to-face (FTF) meetings at a university learning center
to a more widespread usage of a learning management system (LMS) as a platform for
academic discussions, learning evaluations, sharing learning resources and information,
and students' submissions of requirements. The usage of the mobile phone to bridge
the digital divide and include the digitally excluded parts of the Filipino society into the
university's online learning program is also explored. The procedures utilized to assure
excellent education in e-learning, as well as the obstacles that e-learning institutions
confront, are discussed in great length. (Melinda Dela Pena Bandalaria, 2009).

II. TECHNOLOGICAL CONSIDERATION
This feasibility study's goal is to create a practical solution for websites that offer
online tutoring services. The effectiveness of the website in aiding students in
enhancing their success through online tutoring via an online website platform is also
examined in this study. To this end, the researchers presented the following question: Is
it possible for any learner to increase their knowledge or skill set by using the website?
III. MARKETING STRATEGY
Education offers high-end services in an effort to fill a need in the ancillary
market. In the early phases of developing a high dose online tutoring program, schools
may consider including a wider mix of children with various academic backgrounds and
achievement levels in tutoring programs. Part of what makes tutoring and one-on-one
instruction so effective is instructional topic knowledge, such as awareness of frequent
misunderstandings and weak areas, understanding how to assess what's holding a
student back, and knowing strategies to overcome such misunderstandings.

a highly sought-after mentor and a website with a wealth of materials are
advantageous. Teachers and students can feel as though they are in the same
environment by using other features on our website. Smart boards, online word
processing, and Office Software mentorship are just a few of the elements that may
be found in integrated workplaces. A free tool with grammar and paraphrasing tools
is provided. Due to the large number of instructors in our network, our clients are not
