Caution: 1. Turn the monitor off before beginning the disassembly process.
2. When disassembling the monitor, do not use any metal tools except for the provided jig.
3. Disassemble the monitor carefully as directed in the following procedures.
4. When assembling and disassembling the monitor, the gasket attached to the PCB may be detached
from the PCB. Therefore, make sure to check whether it is attached to the PCB correctly. If it is detached
from the PCB, make sure to reattach it.
Caution: If you do not tilt the stand and use too
much force to remove it, the connection
pin may break.

1. Set custom mode as follows before beginning a repair.

2. If the screen is blank, check whether the power cord is connected correctly.
3. The circuits to check:
• When the raster does not appear: The Function PBA, Main PBA, Inverter, Adaptor
• When 5V is generated but a blank screen is displayed : Main PBA
• When 12V is not Generated : Adaptor
4. “Press the MENU button and hold down the, “ (Enter, Source)” button for more than five (5) seconds to return the monitor to
factory mode.

- When turning on the power button after connecting Adaptor, the LED at the front of the monitor

1. Precautions before a Service Adjustment
1) Check whether the devices for the service adjustment are operating normally.
2) Secure a space that is sufficiently wide for disassembling the monitor.
3) Prepare a soft mat on which the monitor will be disassembled.

- MICOM can be updated with DDC manager.
- Connect DDC Manager Jig to P2070 / P2270 / P2370 with DVI-I to D-Sub cable and DVI cable.
- Execute Winddc.exe Program on PC.
- Click the Winddc icon.

-> Open a DDC file. (Ex) “P220SA.ddc” : Analog
