Dear Ms. Dakis:

I am writing this college application to inform you of my interest in Bachelor of Science in Real
Estate Management at your outstanding and respectable university - University of Santo Tomas.

I am indeed grateful to be given the opportunity to apply to University of Santo Tomas. I would
like to further and nurture my education and knowledge in Bachelor of Science Real Estate
Management to be an influential licensed realtor with the intention to assist my clients and
society to find comfort and serenity in their homes. Known as one of the top four universities in
the Philippines and consistently ranked among the top 1000 universities in the whole world,
University of Santo Tomas, encouraged me to apply for its quality education that I intend to use
in my future agendas in order to be an outstanding citizen in the community. This university is
highly regarded as one of the best universities not only in our country but also globally. Its
reputation is well deserved due to the excellent programs offered by its professors who are
highly qualified professionals from different fields ranging from medicine to engineering,
accounting, and business management. With UST’s presence and knowledge, I am willing to
learn a lot of lessons and teachings, especially in my chosen field. I would like to take this
opportunity to develop my talents, knowledge, and skills, and how I am looking forward to
advancing in both my profession and personal life. After graduating, I plan to find a stable job
related to my program that will enhance my skills in this field and allow me to continue to grow as
an individual.
