Insurance Contracts. The supervision and regulation by the IC, however, does not guarantee the investment returns nor protection of the VUL policy against capital
loss.

The Manager of the available Funds makes investment decisions based on the circumstances of each Fund and independently of decisions made for other funds. There are
times when the Manager may take the same investments for a Fund and one or more funds. This may create a conflict of interest if there is only a limited amount of the
investment available, or if the investment is purchased at different times or at different prices for different funds. If this happens, the Manager will attempt to allocate the
investment fairly between the Fund and other funds. Factors the Manager considers in allocations include the size and timing of previous allocation, whether the security
meets the objectives of the respective portfolios, the relative portfolio size and the rate of growth of the portfolios.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF VARIABILITY

I acknowledge that:

I have applied with Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc. for a Variable Unit-Linked (VUL) Life Insurance Policy, and have reviewed the illustration(s) that shows how a VUL life insurance policy
performs using company's assumptions and based on Insurance Commission's guidelines on interest rates.

I understand that I may apply to withdraw my funds in full or in part by filling out the prescribed form and submitting it to Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc., subject to the applicable rules and
guidelines set by the Company. Any values shown in this illustration will be affected if premiums and/or withdrawals are not followed as assumed in the illustrated schedule.
