NARRATIVE REPORT
DATE: SEPTEMBER
RATIONALE
As the school year in the new normal started, the school principal spearheaded a
reflection every Monday to draw connection to God and make everyone find strength in each
companion and especially to God. Ma’am Avelina D. Vizconde, school principal was the first
one who shared, she fed our souls with the words of God, which gave us strength in facing the
difficulties of teachers in the new normal. The second person who gave us inspiration is Mr.
Bryan Mark G. Nidoy, Grade 9 – Pearl Adviser, as he shared to us the seven elements of a
successful team, these are: commitment, communication, respect, accountability, delegation,
support and plans. He also added, when employees work as a team, it makes the Institution more
powerful. After hearing the inspiring message, some teachers shared their own reflections about
the shared story. And it ends with the closing prayer.
Mrs. Babylyn S. Mayor, ended the month September as she shared a bible verse from the
book of Joshua chapter 1 verse 9 it says “Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or
dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” She connected it with the
current situation that we are facing. He reminds us that no matter the storm/situation, when you
are with God, there is always a rainbow waiting. Some of the teachers also shared the different
problems they have struggled in the new normal, that helps them to be strong person and to have
strong faith to the Lord.
The whole month was full of blessing as we seek first the kingdom of God.
