hi, i'm mitchie.18 years old. Currently residing in calamba city. i graduated senior high school last july 2022.
and since i don't have a job experience yet, let me tell you about my life as a student instead. when i was in
high school, i was the classroom secretary for 4 years straight (it's from grade 7-10). and as a secretary i
must come to school earlier than the others as I’m in charge of checking the daily attendance. and when
i'm in my senior days, i became the class president for 2 years straight. we all know being a class president
is a tough job but i managed to do it with the help of my class advisors. and oh, i remember when my
english teacher in my junior days ask me to join the radio broadcasting team in our school, so i did. i met
the whole school newspaper team and starting to love the activities that involve a lot of people. i guess
what i love about it, is the feeling of being part of a group.
if you ask me about what i'm most proud of about myself, i guess it's when i managed to graduate high
school in STEM strand without any failing grades. studying under a lot of pressure is tough and lots of
students cannot meet the required average and continue their studies because of stress and pressure but
somehow i was able to push through it all and graduate with high honors. and for that, i am proud.

i applied for diploma program in don bosco college but it seems like the school have a problem with the
budget for students.

Why should we hire you?

You should hire me because I want to make a career in this industry and plan to stay for a long time.
Though, i am aware that this could be a stressful job and the shift is mostly at night. But, you see, I only
graduated senior high school. And, as far as I know, this is the only industry where I have the same
opportunities as everyone else, where I can actually build a career. and I would love to take advantage of it
and make it happen, particularly in your company.
You won't be disappointed if you give me the opportunity to work for your company. It is always my goal to
continue learning and improving. my short school education won't stop me from achieving my goals.

You should not hire me if you are not looking for an employee with dedication to work, a friendly co-worker,
and a very motivated one.

why do you want to work in a call center?

I want to work in a call center because it is the only industry where I know I can earn enough money to
support my family
I understand that hiring me may be difficult because I have no work experience and am only a high school
graduate, but I intend to stay in this industry for the next five years. For the time being, my top priority is to
provide for my family, and working in a call center is the only way I could make that happen.
I am aware of the stress, the graveyard shift, the irate customers, and the pure hard work necessary for this
job, and I am fully prepared.
what's your greatest weakness?
my greatest weakness is that i procrastinate. I used to work on my projects at the last minute as a student
and end up scrambling when the deadline comes. To deal with this, I watch productivity videos, and one
technique that works particularly well for me is to divide a large project into a series of mini projects. This
way, I'm not overwhelmed, and I'm motivated every time I finish a single mini project.

what are your strengths?

i believe one of my greatest strengths is my ability to work under pressure. i'm also a good listener, i mean i
listen not only to the words that the person is saying but also to the words that they are not saying. I'm
referring to their tone of voice and pauses. Also, i am always open for improvements and I am teachable
type of person.

Why do you apply for BPO?

I chose BPO to start up my career because I know that in this industry, I can get the opportunity to
communicate with people from various backgrounds. I also know that the BPO industry is completely
customer service-oriented, which fits my personality because I love interacting with people. This industry
also provides fast-growing opportunities that can help me put something better on the table for our family,
especially since I'm a high school graduate.

Tell me about the time you convinced someone.

There was a time that I had a friend that didn't want to come with us to a birthday party of one of our
colleagues, but I convinced him in a patient way by saying that one of our friends would be mad at all of us
if he didn't join us and if we didn't come to his birthday party, so by explaining the situation to him and
what could possibly happen, I totally convinced him.

How much is your expected salary?

Being a newbie in this industry, I just want a 15k to 18k fixed monthly salary. I know that based on my skills
and talents in this industry, I don't have the right to demand a higher salary because I know that I have a
lot of things to learn, and that's the first thing I need. All I want is that it will be equally valued, and I hope
that the salary offered to me will be enough to match my skills.

Hi, my name is Mitchie. I'm the type of person who loves to learn new things. I am always open for
improvements, and I am a teachable type of person. I am an optimistic and positive person who reminds
herself that she can handle any problem or situation if she knows that she is calm. I am very passionate
about everything that I do, and I always give 100% effort. During free time, I bake, read books and watch
foreign movies. That's all.
Where do you see yourself after five years?

As someone who is a high school graduate, I believe this is the only industry in which I have a real chance
of making a living. So, I plan to be well-established in this industry in the next five years

How do you rate your communication skills?

I rate myself as 7 because this is my first time applying in this industry, and yet I am not that fluent in
speaking English. But I know that there's always room for improvement, and I will do my best to work on it.

Why did you apply here at (company)?

Uhm, based on my research, I heard a lot of good things about your company. One is that you teach your
employees to develop their new skills, that can be useful to provide good service to the customers, which
is a good thing for a newbie just like me. As an applicant, I was really inspired based on the information
that I gathered about this company, which pushed me to apply here, and I heard, you really give good

Greatest Dream

My greatest dream is to be a successful and wealthy person. I just want to keep it real. We are living in a
third-world country where poverty is a visible problem, and I see that this will be my first step to being a

I simply follow the rules and regulations of the company, doing my job with integrity, and I can guarantee
you that I do not have any problems with my attendance.

What kind of preparation did you do before you apply here?

I researched and read things related to this job.
I also practice my English skills by watching foreign movies and reading books. I did some reading about
what might be the question here in my interview and answered it as best as I could. And I also prayed to
God to guide me in this interview. That's all.
From what you understand, Why do they need call centers?

I think it is to handle inbound and outbound calls in regards to client inquiries in different aspects of
businesses around the world.

How do you handle stress?

For me, the most effective way to deal with my stress is by following a strictly healthy routine. Everyday, I
eat, clean and organize, exercise, and make sure that I get enough sleep. This has been the most effective
technique for me.

If I have time, I bake cookies and brownies. I bake for fun; I bake just for us to have some snacks.

but I recently had my first yet complicated order. My client ordered brownies and cookies for their overseas
trip. I have to think of packaging where the goods will be safe during the trip. It's my first time, so it's quite
challenging. I had to pack them individually and put them in a container so they could have one whenever
they wanted. and I'm glad my client loved what I did.

GREEN
When you're in the middle of a forest, the melody you hear is green. It's the sound of birds singing, the
smell of fresh air, or the murmur of a river. Because green nurtures life, these melodies will relax you when
you are stressed. green is slow but it moves with purpose, it's gentle yet powerful. where there is no green,
it's hot, dry, and dusty. green is life.

Health is the most important thing for me, simply because if you are not healthy, you will never have a
chance to explore and gain knowledge. Also, you will never have a chance to get a better job or build a
business where you can earn money. We all know that time is too short, so for us to be able to reach all of
our goals in life, we should prioritize our health by simply living a healthy lifestyle.

900 million is too much money, and it's really life-changing. I'll start a new life, not just for me but also for
the one who's been with me all the time. And I want them to be part of the change.
MY HAPPIEST MOMENT IN LIFE IS WHEN SOMEONE APPRECIATES THE LITTLE THINGS I DO FOR THEM.It
feels so good to see them appreciate what you did, even when it was a small thing.

I think it's when we have to improvise a product in just two weeks. We have to think of a product that is
not yet on the market or add more purpose to an existing product.

We decided to make our own voice-amplifying mask, and we made a prototype model of it. We put an
amplifier inside our mask model.

My dad is a factory worker and my mom is a house wife.

We are 5 and I’m the middle child. My older brother and sister are both in college, and the other two are in
grades 4 and 10.

My motivation to work is my family; I want to give them the good life they deserve, as well as my personal
goals.

There's no reason for me to quit. I'm a person who shows my eagerness to do that work with all of my
heart and gives all the best to make it better.

My most embarrassing moment was when me and my friend were talking about someone and suddenly
the person about whom we were both talking came behind us.

a superpower that can predict the future and determine whether it will be good or bad. and make it the
best one possible.

It depends on the situation; we all know that people make mistakes easily. But it depends on how deep it
affects you as a person. When you are truly her or his friend, you can't forgive her or him now, but when
the heart is fully healed, you can finally forgive what he or she has done.
