Role as Store Manager (CRS – Company Retail Store): Delhi

 Ensure continuously achieving the sales target, revenue target as well as OPEX target of the store as
allocated by the company to make the store Profitable month on month basis and generating the revenue of
around 5.10 Lakhs Per month/Store (3 stores).

 Job entailed churning and collection management for 0-90 days (bucket) sales from store and was also
responsible for constant follow up with customers for the recovery of outstanding dues.

 Driving high conversion rate in prepaid & postpaid, high value Recharges, long validity recharges, 4G sim
upgrades, Premium Nos., Data Packs & IR packs, Digital apps penetration.

hours of punching.

 Worked closely with service delivery team to formulate an effective strategy to reduce CPV negative cases
of SME vertical across all zones. This resulted in quality business month on month basis.

 Looking after seamless network support to the entire EBU & SME vertical through proper coordination
with the network team which includes timely network visits on key accounts along with booster, repeater,
IBS installations within specified timelines and as a result many accounts got saved from getting churned

 Generated revenue stream of around 10 lakhs/month through finalization of Idea Internet Lease Line
