All of the delivery elements on the Programme must be of first-class quality and are subject to approval by Distributor.
Open blacks/Ad-breaks Must Be Removed / 24/23.98 is preferred frame rate, but ultimately native frame will be
considered.
Company shall deliver to Distributor, at its sole cost and expense, all materials set forth herein on or before the Delivery
Date set forth in the Agreement. All materials to be delivered on an “if available” or “to the extent manufactured” basis
shall not be considered part of Delivery for purposes of deeming delivery complete if such materials are not available or
not manufactured. All documents to be delivered in English. All Episodes and Video Materials, unless indicated

OBLIGACIONES

A. PROGRAMME & AUDIO DELIVERABLES (For non-English language – we require both clean/un-subtitled
masters as well as masters with Burnt-in English subtitles. NB _Digital delivery is acceptable in place of hard drive
delivery

1. Ultra High Definition (UHD) Of each Episode and/or High Dynamic Range (HDR) Files Hard drive(s)
containing one of the below UHD and/or HDR formats. The 4K can be up-converted from 2K by an approved lab.

2. One Hard Drive containing one (1)UHD/SDR 3840x2160 ProRes 4:4:4:4 XQ in the Original Aspect Ratio of
each Episode (2.40, 2.35, or 1.85)format. Channels 1 & 2 shall contain the 2-track printmaster LT/RT limited to
+20db.

3. One Hard Drive containing one (1)UHD/HDR (with corresponding metadata) 3840x2160 ProRes 4:4:4:4 XQ
in the Original Aspect Ratio of each Episode (2.40, 2.35, or 1.85)format.

4. One Hard Drive containing one (1)UHD/SDR 3840x2160 ProRes 4:4:4:4 XQ in the Original Aspect Ratio of
each Episode (2.40, 2.35, or 1.85)format. Channels 1 & 2 shall contain the 2-track printmaster LT/RT limited to
+20db.

5. HD Pro Res HQ video masters in the 23.98 (or agreed frame rate) format, in a 4:4:4 colour space, as
follows: one (1) video master in the Original Aspect Ratio of the programme (2.40, 2.35, or 1.85) format, and one
(1) video master in the 16X9 (1.78:1 full frame) format. Each video master shall contain proper head slates (which
include, without limitation, the title, running time, aspect ratio, audio configuration, name of the record vendor, the
date of creation, etc.).

6. Trims and Outs - All (existing) unused takes and trims, and all other film, video and soundtrack materials
produced for or used in the process of preparing the Episodes (e.g., all original camera negative and/or digital
camera media with the corresponding original production sound, and all first generation video dailies made directly
from the production camera source and the production mixers recorded sound).

7. Editorial Paperwork/Files - Copies of the (existing) code books/flex files, the final line script from the
production, the negative cutters inventory (if applicable), the final non-linear editing project files and/or EDL’s, the
camera reports, the sound reports, the re-recording sound reports (including all ADR and TV lines) and all other
paperwork used in connection with the post production of the Episodes.

8. Final Audio: One (1) hard drive containing all printmasters, M&E maters, and stems (23.98) which shall be in
perfect synchronization and shall conform in all respects to the final delivered version(s) of the Episodes. With
respect to the format, the .wav files and Protools sessions shall be delivered on the hard drive, which shall include
a “spoiled” proxy picture file for reference during the Quality Control test. If the Episodes are mixed in 7.1 or any
additional immersive audio formats (Dolby Atmos, Barco Auro 11.1, DTS:X, etc.) delivery of these additional
formats will be required

9. The hard drive shall contain the following audio deliverables with each element in a separate folder and
properly labeled and organized.

10. Immersive audio elements for the DCP for the Theatrical Release: Solely to the extent created, one (1)
hard drive (of each applicable format – Dolby ATMOS, Barco Auro, DTS-X) containing all Printmasters and
ProTools sessions of the individual immersive audio mix as set forth below. The audio shall be 24fps at 48k in
perfect synchronization and shall conform in all respects to the final delivered version(s) of the Episodes.

11. Immersive audio elements for Video Release: Solely to the extent created, one (1) hard drive (of each
applicable format –Dolby ATMOS, DTS-X) containing all Printmasters and ProTools sessions of the individual
immersive audio mix as set forth below. The audio shall be 23.98fps at 48k in perfect synchronization and shall
conform in all respects to the final delivered version(s) of the Episodes.

12. Television Coverage (Audio / Video / Paperwork): If required in order to enable the Episodes to be exhibited
on network television (and/or on ships and airlines), the necessary elements, as applicable, including video "cover
shots" (for content) and dialogue coverage (for language) shall be provided. All TV coverage shall be compiled
by an editor in chronological order in accordance with the sequence of events in which scenes occurred in the
Episodes

13. One (1) signed copy of Facility Access Letter granting Distributor full and unrestricted access to those
delivery materials marked “Facility Access”, in the form attached at Exhibit A.
