Sir:

Reference is the landholding registered in the name of Deolita P. Cutamora, et. al., embraced
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. C-582 containing an area of 70.3343 hectares, more or less,
and situated at San Miguel, San Isidro, Davao del Norte which is under the Support to
Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project pursuant to Administrative Order
No. 1, Series of 2021.

Per Collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA), there are Twenty-Five (25)
identified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs/ annotated in the title. A survey was conducted
on November 29, 2017 with Approved Subdivision Plan BSD-11-002533(AR) covering fifty
(50) lots.

After a series of Pulong-pulong and field validation activities in the area, hereunder are facts and
information gathered relative to the above-mentioned landholding, to wit:

FACTS AND INFORMATION:

Out of 25 identified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARB) of the above-mentioned landholding,

only nineteen (19) ARBs are validated and signed the Lot Allocation Agreement. The other six
(6) ARBs in the master list has no lot allocation as identified during the conduct of field
validation and/or consultation.

Further, out of 50 lots as identified in a survey conducted on November 29, 2017 with Approved
Subdivision Plan BSD-11-002533(AR), Eighteen (18) lots are claimed by ARB in the master list
which is good for LAA with a total area of 34.5778 hectares, Twenty Eight (28) lots are claimed
by actual tillers not in the master list which is for case build-up with a total area of 32.3923
hectares, One (1) lot is for common facility with a total area of 0.1033 hectares and three (3)
lots are site visited and lots are cultivated but owners are unknown with a total area of 3.2610
hectares.

Apropos to the case build up, the FVT Legal Officer drafted 24 petition for inclusion, in which
petitioners were verified by the Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee and Municipal Agrarian
Reform Officer and are ready for submission to the DARPO Legal Division.

Vis-a-vis to the (3) three lots with unknown owners with a total area of 3.2610 hectares, the
undersigned respectfully recommend that they be issued with collective C-title in the names of
ARBs with no lot allocation.

For reference as to the result of the field validation of the above-mentioned landholding,
inventory table is herein attached.
