The national lockdown regulations relating to movement between provinces must be observed within the parks. This means
inter-provincial travel within parks that stretch between two provinces will not be permitted. Guests therefore must exit into the
province from which they have entered the Park.
Guests must adhere to all official lockdown regulations when inside the parks including wearing masks, keeping social distance,
and following transport capacity directives. We also implore guests not to deposit their litter inside the bins within the parks but to
*CONSERVATION FEES: All visitors to the Parks pay a Daily Conservation Fee when visiting the Parks. These Conservation Fees vary
from park to park. You may choose to pay the compulsory daily Conservation Fees in advance with your reservation or you may pay it
on arrival at your destination(s). Either way, the Total Conservation Fee Charge and the impact it has on your Total Balance
Outstanding payable can only be calculated and confirmed upon arrival at the park when the details of all guests in your party
(numbers, nationality and Wild Card membership) are captured within our system. Members with valid Wild Cards are exempted
from daily Conservation Fees. NOTE: Membership is based on a Cluster and Category. The Cluster defines the Park and the
Category defines the person(s) linked to membership.

This reservation was made by the booking guest directly from the SANParks website www.sanparks.org.
SANParks accepts no responsibility for any incorrectness in the dates, camps, accommodation types or number of
guests booked.
All reservations made online require immediate and full payment by credit card.
Cancelling a reservation made online (through www.sanparks.org) could result in cancellation fees. These are
calculated on the total value of the reservation that was cancelled.
Cancelling a reservation: Guests may consider postponing a reservation (at same or higher cost and subject to
availability) as alternative to cancellation. Guests will be required to pay in the difference should reservation cost
increase as a result.
Cancelling a reservation six days or less prior to arrival (or not arriving at all) will result in a 100% cancellation fee,
cancelling 7 to 14 days before arrival 50% and 15 to 30 days before arrival 25% (calculated on the total reservation cost).
Downgrading a reservation (reducing the total value of the reservation) made online (through www.sanparks.org)
could result in modification fees. These are calculated on the difference between the reservation cost before and
after the changes.
Downgrading a reservation six days or less prior to arrival will result in a 100% modification fee, 7 to 14 days before
arrival 50% and 15 to 30 days before arrival 25% (calculated on the difference in reservation cost before and after
downgrading)
Downgrading a reservation after arrival will result in a 100% modification fee (calculated on the difference in
reservation cost before and after downgrading).
Guests who have booked different accommodation types for consecutive nights in the same camp will be required to
move from one unit to another (keeping to the designated check-out and check-in times).
SANParks reserves the right to retain the deposit, or part thereof as cancellation fee, stipulated in the conditions
governing the Acceptance Of Advance Reservations which are attached.
If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on date of arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the fees
that applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
Should the reservation not be taken up on the arrival date the accommodation will be held until 09:00 the following day
after which the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit, where applicable, forfeited.
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the following, and if not attached contact reservation office

********** AS FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 2017, ALL VISITORS OVER 18 YEARS OLD WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THEIR IDENTITY
DOCUMENT. (ID), PASSPORT OR ALTERNATIVE VALID IDENTIFICATION E.G. DRIVER'S LICENCE CARD FOR SCANNING UPON
ENTERING/EXITING THE PARK.
# Please note that due to safety and security concerns, guests are advised to enter/exit the Kruger National Park via
Phabeni Gate instead of Numbi Gate. Guests are advised to rather use the R40 road instead of the R538 from White
River to Hazyview.

Particular attention should be given to closing times of Park and Camp gates. Gate times differ during certain months of the year and travelling time
must be planned between Park and Camp gates. Please familiarise yourself with the gate times of your destination and the distances to and between
them where applicable.
To Reach your destination before CAMP GATE closing time, contact the PARK Entrance Gate you intend entering to confirm
the cut-off time for travelling to your destination .
NOTE: You will not be allowed to enter the park to travel to the rest camp you are booked at without adequate travelling time .

NOTE: Late arrivals are allowed for emergencies only and are subject to the following conditions:
• An additional cost per vehicle will be charged
• Late arrival must be arranged in advance with the gate
• Evidence for late arrival must be provided
• Guests must have pre-booked accommodation at camps that are within 10km distance from relevant gate
• Arrangements for late arrival after 21:00 will not be permitted
Under no circumstances are late arrivals allowed at the following gates: Pafuri, Phalaborwa, Giriyondo & Phabeni.
MALARIA ALERT: Please take note that the Kruger National Park falls within the malaria endemic area of South Africa. Please consult
your travel doctor/general practitioner about how you can prevent malaria while visiting this Park
