2. Factory KPI analysis and fix the action plan for continuous growth of factory performance,
ensure the regular tracking and strategic decision making.
3. Drive the daily operational review meeting with departmental heads and make them
accountable for delivering the factory KPIs leads to periodic targeted results.
4. Find out the issues draining the operation performance and fix it effectively through teamwork
and collective decision making.
5. Analyze the operational expenses, develop cost control mechanism to unsure the best use of
capital resources and maximize the profitability
6. Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing monthly actual
accounts, preparing an annual budget; forecast performance outlooks; analyzing variances in
performance; preparing monthly cash flow statement.
7. Prepares information on the financial direction of the business and undertakes all reports to
help with strategic financial planning.

the sales remittance.

follow-up till the report finalization.
13. Overseeing company's overall tax & VAT issues; ensure the proper deduction, payment and
documentation complying with local tax laws; make sure the assessments done on time
fulfilling the statutory requirements.

14. Co-ordinate with the consultant for transfer pricing audit and help to prepare the SIT & TP
documentation, contribute in pricing decision making in terms of TP compliance.
15. Analyze the new investment potentials, test feasibility of the new projects through financial
modeling and help the board of directors to take the investment decisions.
16. Closely monitor, maintain & analyze the capital investment requirements, utilization and
prepare comprehensive statements to the management.
17. Responds to inquiries from the top management and the corporate office regarding financial
results, special reporting requests and the like.
18. Prepare for monthly board meeting with directors by collecting data, analyzing and preparing
the performance review reports and presentations.
19. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year; arrange on the
job training, individual SWOT analysis, one to one counselling and follow-up the progress to
enhance the professional development of team members.
