1 False Ceilings :
Note :
i) Rate to be included for all kinds of profiles and cut outs required
for light fixtures, Speakers, Smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in
the ceiling. Provision for light fittings, AC grills and diffusers have to
be made at no extra cost supported with tees, Angles, etc. suitably
fixed all complete as per drawing and direction. The area of these
cutouts which is less than 0.5 sqmt for one unit will not be deducted
while measuring the ceiling area.

ii) The contractor must co-ordinate with electrical & AC contractor for
working out various levels for the false ceiling & make the marking on
the walls / columns before starting the false ceiling work.

1.1 Gypsum Board False Ceiling :

Providing, making and fixing Gypsum Board False Ceiling straight or
curve any profile of reputed make which includes G.I. Perimeter
Channels of size 0.55mm thick (having One Flange of 20mm and
another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of
ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of Nylon
sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I.
intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of
15mm each) from the soffit at 900mm centres with ceiling angle of
width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and
steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having
knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of
10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of
connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate
channel at 457 mm centres. ... contd...

... contd... 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (conforming to IS 2095-

1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws
at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling
machine with suitable attachment. Finally tapered edges of the
Gypsum boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush
look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint
paper/fibre tape and two coats of dry wall top coat suitable for
Gypsum board etc. complete as per the recommended practices /
specifications of the manufacturer. Including two coats of primer 50 Sqm 800 40000
suitable for gypsum board two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint
of approved shade and also including making necessary openings for
light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter
channels suitable fixed all complete as per drawing and specification
and direction. Rate to be inclusive of shadow profile at the junction of
wall & ceiling, in between of ceiling, etc. complete.

1.2 Cove in ceiling :

 Same as above but providing, making and fixing Gypsum cove (inside
height 150 - 200 mm and border 75 mm) to hide strip/cove light in
50 RM 150 7500
ceiling or to act as pelmet for roller blinds on windows or for
projector screen, etc.

1.3 Mineral Fibre Grid Tile Ceiling :

Mineral Fibre Acoustic Ceiling Tiles : Providing, making & Fixing at all
heights & in spirit level, Acoustical Ceiling System @ Office areas with
Armstrong, Gyproc or equivalent make mineral fibre acoustical
suspended ceiling system as per Manufacturer’s specification with pin-
hole tiles, tegular edge with 24 mm exposed grid. The tiles should
have Colour White, in module size of 600mm x 600mm x 15mm. with
providing and fixing Hot dipped galvanised Steel suspension system
Grid frame with butterfly clips, for laying of Acoustical Ceiling Tiles as
per manufacturer’s specifications. ... contd...

stitched True lock 24 TL exposed grid systems with 24 mm wide T-
section flanges color white, the tile will be laid on frame work made
of Armstrong Prelude 32 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges or of
equivalent make, colour white having rotary stitching on all T
sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a 110 SqM 1000 110000
web height of 32 mm and 27mm ,25 mm respectively. The cost shall
include all fittings and materials complete including proper
installation and provisioning etc. The work is to be completed as per
manufacturer’s specification .

2 Partitions :
i) Rate to be included of all kinds of planes/levels, profiles and cut
outs, etc. required for light fixtures, trap doors and ACs, boards,
provision for light fittings and diffusers have to be made at no extra
cost supported with metallic section etc. suitably fixed all complete
as per drawing and direction.
ii) The contractor must co-ordinate with electrical & AC Works for
cabling, AC pipe works, etc.

Full Height Partly Glazed Partly Wooden Double Skin Plywood

2.1 15 Sqm 3200 48000
Partitions :
Providing and fixing full height partly wooden, partly glazed double
skin partition with following specifications (Measurement shall be
a taken up to finished partition level & not of frame work and sal wood
member shall go up to slab/beam soffit).
 Providing and fixing full height partly glazed double skin partitions
made out of Frame work to be 50mm X 50mm X 1.60 mm thick
aluminum section weight not less than 0.836 kg/rmt with maximum
distance of 450mm c/c both ways(Horizontal/Vertical) or as directed,
firmly fixed to floor or slab with 65 to 75 mm long screw or as
directed by the Bank's Engineer as per site conditions with necessary
grooves and cuts etc. including anti-termite treatment to all wooden
b members wherever used. The partition to be sandwiched with 8 mm
HDF Board / MR plywood from both the sides and finished with
1.0mm thick approved shades of laminated finish & match the
panelling pattern. Additional wooden members to be provided
wherever door is to be provided. Wood shall be treated with
antitermite chemicals.The cost shall include all labor, materials,
strictly as per the given design & drawing etc. in complete.

The partition will be provided with 5 mm thick float glass fixed at 900
-1200 mm above the floor level with teak wood beading fixed on
both sides of the glass finished with polishing as directed. The float
glass to be etched as per approved design (film etching to be paid
separately). The beading for fixing glass to be fixed on both sides of

the partition in such a way that it would be projected from the
partition. (8 mm & 12 mm glass opening wherever applied shall
neither be included in measurement nor costing and shall be
considered as separate item).

The top panel (above glass panel) and side panels shall be provided
with HDF Board / MR plywood double skin partition as per
specification of a) & b) upto ceiling/top support. Making provision for
d
items like softboards, white boards, electrical points, switchboards,
telephone/ electrical/ data cables, etc. as & where required (but
excluding the cost for items).
All finishes shall be done as per details and as per instructions of
e Bank's engineer. The rate to include all materials, labour, transport,
etc. complete.
Providing 75mm - 150 mm high skirting. MR ply fixed on both sides of
the partition finished with 1mm thick lamination of approved make
f and shade. All wooden structures are to be painted with anti-
termite/boarer paint as per manufacturer’s specification.

2.2 Low Height partitions With / Without Glass : 9 Sqm 3200 28800
P/F 66 mm thick low ht. double skin glazed wooden partition approx.
a 1200 mm to 1450mm. High including glass, with following
specifications:
 Providing and fixing full height partly glazed double skin partitions
made out of Frame work to be 50mm X 50mm X 1.60 mm thick
aluminum section weight not less than 0.836 kg/rmt with maximum
distance of 450mm c/c both ways(Horizontal/Vertical) or as directed,
firmly fixed to floor or slab with 65 to 75 mm long screw or as

be placed at 700 mm level from floor to fix the table. Additional
wooden members to be provided wherever door is to be provided.
Wood shall be treated with antitermite chemicals.

P & F 12 mm thick (approx) etched glass (film etching to be paid

separately) as per design and shape fixed with stainless steel glass
c fixing brackets/crews etc. of length varying from 750 to 1550 mm and
height appx. 300 - 400 mm. etc. complete as directed.

P & F wicket gate wherever required with required SS hinges, SS

tower bolts, automatic surface mounted spring door closer, Godrej
d Night latch, etc. Rubber wood capping made out of sect. 65 x 15 mm
fixed at edges incl. natural polish / painting etc. complete as directed.

Further the partitions should have provision for fixing/embedding of
vertical toughened glass partition and also toughened glass in

Full Height Laminated Double Skin Plywood Partitions Wth Both

2.3 10 Sqm 3200 32000
Sides Laminations :
P/F Full ht. double skin wooden partition, with following
a
specifications. (... Same as item no. 2.1 but...)
The aluminium section frame structure with vertical & horizontal
b members to go upto slab/beam soffit for fixity at no extra cost.

3 Panelling Works (Walls , Columns, etc):

i) Rate to be included of all kinds of levels/planes, profiles and cut
outs required for elevation and fixing of light fixtures, trap doors and
ACs, provision for light fittings, boards and diffusers have to be made
at no extra cost supported metallic sections, etc. suitably fixed all
complete as per drawing and direction.
ii) The contractor must co-ordinate with electrical & AC contractor for
cabling, AC pipe works, etc.

3.1 Wall/Column Panelling - Type I : 60 Sqm 2200 132000

 Providing, making and fixing single skin paneling (type I using 6 mm
thick MR plywood) on walls, front facia, boxing for rolling shutter,
and/or columns and/or glazing soffits at various parts of the
premises, upto 3 mt height and boxing of 0.10 mt. ht., as required,
made out of 25 x 25 x 1.0 mm thk weighing 0.467 kg/rmt aluminum
frame, vertical and horizontal sections placed at 450 mm c/c both
ways or less as per site condition and finished with 6 mm thick MR
plywood shall be fixed over the frame ( either in one plane or at
different levels) finished with 1mm thick decorative laminate of
approved made and shade ( in one or multi colour) shall be fixed with
proper adhesive as directed. Top of the paneling edges / is to be
provided with laminate or teak wood decorative beeding of 35mm x
20 mm finished with polish/painting as directed.

3.2 Wall/Column Panelling - Type II : 25 Sqm 2500 62500

Providing and fixing single skin panelling (type-II) on walls, front
facia, boxing for rolling shutter, and/or columns and/or glazing soffits
at various parts of the premises as required with ply framework for
levelling and 18 mm thick MR ply of approved ISI grade, and/or
limited use of 6mm Flexible ply for panelling of circular columns etc.
including fixing as per pattern and style as directed, with salwood
frame of size 38 mm x 25 mm fixed vertically and horizontally 600
mm c/c or less as per site condition and 6 mm thick MR plywood
shall be fixed over the frame ( either in one plane or at different
levels) finished with 1mm thick decorative laminate of approved
made and shade ( in one or multi colour) shall be fixed with proper
adhesive as directed. Top of the paneling / edges is to be provided
lamination or with teak wood decorative beading of 50mm x 20 mm
finished with polish/painting as directed.

4 Cabinet for Electric Panel : 3 Sqm 2500 7500

Providing, making and placing in position cabinet with openable
shutter around the electric panel. Cabinet and shutter made of 18mm
thk MR grade plywood. All visible surfaces shall be laminated with 1
mm thick Laminate on external surfaces of approved made and
shades & painting the internal surfaces with 2 or more coats of
synthetic enamel paint, including providing teakwood lipping of size
20 x 6 mm on edges. Horizontal slots (approx. 10 mm wide) to be cut
in the shutter at top & bottom for ventilation. Rate to include for
necessary hardware fixture like providing with 3 nos. of 75mm long
SS hinges for each shutter, two nos of 75 mm tower bolt (one top
and bottom), SS handles to shutters, magnetic catchers for each
shutter and multipurpose Godrej or ebco lock. (Measurement area =
Measurement to be taken for the front surface area of the cabinet).

5 ACP Panelling Works : 5 Sqm 3000 15000

 ACP Panelling in ATM room & exteriors and Shutter boxing with trap
door : Providing and fixing in position Aluminium
Composite Panel (ACP) on wall, boxing, shutter panelling with framing
of M.S. Tube sections of min. 50 mm x 25 mm and 16 gauge, ( OR
Aluminium tubular section of same sectional dimensions if required)
of good quality, fixed/fabricated @ 600 mm c/c or less as per site
requirement or members recommended by the manufacturer and in
accordance with the specifications and recommendations of the
manufacturer. The structure shall be fitted in place on walls/
beams/columns/ceilings/ MS fabricated structures etc. as instructed
using recommended fixing method, with 3M or equivalent adhesive
and with mirror screws, joints to be finished with silicon based
sealant, etc. complete. ..contd..

..contd.. ACP to be in 600 mm width panels or distributed equally. it

shall be of thickness of 3 mm minimum. Alubond / Eurobiond /
Fujibond / Alcobond or equivalent ISI brands to be used. Bright silver
/ shaden to be as per bank’s approval. Additional sections to be
provided to fix the indoor AC units. The AC units to be installed near
the machine area at the highest position. Shutter Trap door will be of
12 mm MR ply finished with ACP. The cost
shall include all scaffoldings, chase making, lifting, cutting, on site
adjustments, plaster repairing, etc. complete.

6 Doors :
6.1 Main Door – Toughned Glass :
Providing, making and fixing 12mm thk single/double shutter
toughned glass doors, at entrance, etc. (each door shutter counted
individually) of size 2.10 m x 0.85 m (approx. as per site requirement)
as demarcated, swing type door openable both sides made out of 12
mm thk. clear toughened float glass, edge polished, fixed in wooden
top and bottom rails of approved colour and finish, fixed on
Everite/ozone/ Hardwyn/ Dorma or equivalent floor springs set,
upper patch, lower patch, lock key plate, provision of locking system, 5 Sqm 6500 32500
etc. as per approval. One set of 25 mm dia S. S. brush finish pull
handles (approx. 300mm length) "C" shaped, of appoved make &
design on both sides. Including providing "PUSH" * "PULL" sticker
lables of approved design & make. The rate to include all materials,
labour, transport, taxes, delivered and placed in position at site of
work. Each door shall be treated individually with complete set of
accessories to be provided on each door.

6.2 Partly Glazed Door : (Partly Glazed Door on Floor Spring) 5 Sqm 3000 15000
Providing, making & Fixing of partly Glass door at site, door shall be of
32 mm thk flush door with 1 mm lamination on both sides and central
portion to have 8 mm plain glass, to be fixed to existing partition with
heavy duty 4" hinges and shall have cylindrical lock.To be provided
with necessary lipping, beading, etc. ...contd...

paint/polish on all surfaces including lippings etc. wherever instructed
of approved shade and finish including thorough cleaning, rubbing
and surface preparation, application of primer, sealers, etc. as
required. The door shall be fixed, provisioning of locking system, with
2 Nos. of 450 mm S.S. brush finish handles (H type), providing "PUSH"
* "PULL" sticker lables of approved design & make, outside Aldrop, its
fittings and fixtures, etc. complete all of approved make. The rate to
include all materials, labour, transport, taxes, delivered and placed in
position at site of work.

6.3 Flush Door : 10 Sqm 2800 28000

Providing and fixing single shutter flush doors of approx size 2.10 m x
0.75 - 0.9 m as instructed, hinged type door openable one side as
instructed, made up of superior quality waterproof flush door
partially glazed (cost of glass included). The door shall be flush door of
approx. 32-38 mm thickness, both sides 1 mm thk laminate as per
design. Cost shall be inclusive of beadings, all accessories like SS
hinges, medium quality mortise handles/locks, baby latches, stopper,
etc. Fittings shall be in SS finish as per approval, the cost shall include
p/f of door closers of reputed brand as per approval with all doors.
The cost shall also include providing and applying paint/polish on all
surfaces including 6 mm lippings etc. wherever instructed of
approved shade and finish including thorough cleaning, rubbing and
surface preparation, application of primer, sealers, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing at site door to be made up approved shade of

powder coated aluminum sections (heavy duty) as top & bottom
sections with 6.0mm thick plain FLOAT glass in between, the glass
panel shall have round polished edges. The external frame of the door
shall be of size 100 x 50 x 2.0mm powder coated aluminum Box
section section to be fixed in walls / as per site with anchor fasteners
6.4 and heavy duty mechanical screws. The door shutter shall be in 2 SqM 4000 8000
aluminum sections 85.0 x 44.5 x 2.0mm for top, and sides and 114.3x
44.5x 3.0mm in bottom rail, inclusive of with standard aluminum clips
to be made strictly as per the drawing. and pivot arrangement ,with
SS handles, all necessary fittings, all labour, materials, etc complete.
(to be fixed in sever & UPS room)

Providing & fixing iron door MS iron sheet heavy duty 16SGW, iron
angle frame 35X35mm and internal cross support to sheet,
6.5 interlocking together their entire length & joint together at ends lock, 250 Kg 95 23750
handle, hinges with two l drop etc complete with suitable coat of red
oxide paint.
 Providing and fixing manually operated rolling shutter of approved
make and type fabricated with 18 gauge section M.S Flats with
galvanized pressed steel side guides of one piece construction
including providing the grill in the middle of rolling shutter of 0.60m
high of approved design and shape pressed steel bottom rail with
6.6 interlocking arrangement for steel laths, brackets extra strong door 5 Sqm 2800 14000
suspension pipe shaft with high tension coil type spring made out of
spring steel wire, locking arrangement, holdfast, handles, MS cover
hood on top necessary accessories and fixing with 1:1:5:3 Cement
concrete including painting with synthetic enamel paint three coats

7 Furnitures :
Note : All tables and side storage units to be made out of a
combination of 18mm, 12mm, 8mm and 6mm thick MR plywood of
approved make as mentioned in respective items. The top and
exposed sides of the tables as well as storage units to be finished with
1 mm thick plain or textured laminate of approved made and shades
7.1 and 0.7 mm thick lamination on internal surfaces of approved made
and shade. All table tops to be provided with 12x40mm
teakwood/Rubber wood/ steam beach wood beading on edges duly
polished/ painted, unless otherwise mentioned in the respective
items. For all exposed edges of the plywood, teak, wood lipping of
size 20 x 6 mm to be provided finished with polish/ paint. ..contd..

.. contd.. No vertical edge of the table & storage units should be left
sharp. All drawers in tables shall be provided with single
multidrawer lock of Ebco or Godrej made and storage units to be
provided with individual “Godrej” make multipurpose lock. Hardware
will be SS brush finish / approved make/ design viz. Stainless Steel
hinges, Magnetic ball Catches, Stainless Steel Locks, approved design
Stainless Steel Handles, Stainless Steel Brush finish wire manager, (all
SS brush finish) etc.. All the edges of the MR plywood in contact with
floor also to be provided with teak wood lipping of size 20 x 6 mm.
Nylon Buffers of suitable size to be provided under the tables and
storage units fixed with screws, wherever required.

7.2 Tables :
Providing and supplying Officer's table and other tables as detailed

The table shall be of size of 1500 x 750 x 750 mm height, with edges
been double thick having one side drawer Unit, 350 mm wide (clear
internal size) one M S powder coated keyboard tray with mouse tray

(measured separately) as manufactured by ebco ( KBTM 45) or EGL
(KBT-M-001) including sliding channel as per manufactures
specification.
Table top of size 1500 x 750 mm (exluding beading) made of 18 mm
thick MR Plywood finished with 1 mm thick laminate on external
surfaces and 0.7 mm thick lamination on internal surfaces of
approved made and shade incl TW half round beading of sect 20 x 12
mm duly polished. All vertical supports fron tapron and gable ends of

the table are to be made out of 18 mm thick MR plywood finished
with 1 mm thick laminate (upto Rs. 900/- per Sqm.) on external
surfaces and 0.7 mm thick lamination on internal surfaces of
approved made and shade.
 Drawer unit of width 350mm (clear internal), consisting of set of 3
nos. of drawer (or storage below one drawer as required). Each
drawer to be made of 18 mm thk. MR Ply wood for the front and rear
12 mm MR Plywood for sides and 6mm thk MR ply for the bottom
sliding on Quadrail slides as manufactured by heavy duty telescopic
drawer slides (HTDS 50 of ebco Make). Incl. teak wood lipping of size
c 19 x 6 mm on edges for the drawer. The front face of the drawers to
be finished with 1 mm thick laminate of colour matching with table
top laminate. All edges of the drawer unit to be provided with teak
wood beading of sect. 20 x 6 mm after fising the laminate and duly
polished. No vertical edge of the drawer unit should be left sharp.

Providing multidrawer Godrej or Ebco single lock and approved brass

handle for each drawer. Providing circular holes in table top for cables
with PVC cable managers of 65 mm dia and cap. 1 mm thick laminate
on external surfaces and 0.7 mm thick lamination on internal surfaces

of approved made and shade to bottom of table top, drawers & inside
the drawer unit etc complete. One footrest of plywood / salwood of
cross-section 70 x 35 mm finished with painting.

made up of 18mm thick. MR plywood. The exposed edges of the

One M S powder coated keyboard tray with mouse tray as
manufactured by ebco ( KBTM 45 ) or EGL ( KBT-M-001) including

sliding channel as per manufacturers specification to be provided
below the working platform.
Apron or Modesty panel: made out of 18 mm thick MR ply. Outer
surface finished with 1 mm thick post lamination at site of approved
make and shade as per design shown in drawing in colour with 2 nos.
25mm high bands of 1 mm thick lamination colour matching with
g skirting and 2 nos 50mm high bands of 1 mm thick lamination colour
matching with apron lamination. All internal surfaces are to be
finished with apron lamination. Foot rest of ply wood with support of
section 70x 35 mm to be provided finished with painting.

7.2.2 Executives Branch Manager Table : 3 Nos. 17500 52500

Providing and supplying Executives Branch Manager of minimum size

7.3 Storages / Credenza :

7.3.1 Officer Storage/Side Credenza : 12 Sqm 6500 78000
Providing, making and placing in position low height storage
cabinets as storage and/or runners from 350mm to 500 mm depth,
height of 750 to 900 and length as per site requirement, and in 18
mm MR grade plywood construction with 6mm thk. MR grade
plywood backing complete.
It shall have 2 no. of 125 mm deep drawers, equal size (min. 400 mm)
wide on upper side and below to drawers, the cupboard unit shall be
with openable shutter & adjustable shelf all along the full width of the
credenza. All drawers shall be fitted with telescopic channels and
locking arrangement and cupboards shall have locking arrangement
a and all exposed edges of plywood shall be fitted with lamination /
teak wood beading duly polished. All bidding shall have
polish/painted of matching color. All visible surfaces shall be
laminated with 1 mm thick plain or Textured Laminate on external
