-From here it is very important to make very clear appointments to call the lead back in
order to go over the statements. You must make the lead commit to a time when they
will have the statements available to you by fax or in their hand to read them to you if a
fax is not available. You will need to attempt to make them retrieve their statements as
soon as possible. Ask them how soon they can have their statements and make them
commit to it.
If it seems as if getting their statements is going to be difficult then sell the customer on
a free credit report. Pull the credit report with them online or call the lead back once you
have begun to pull the credit. (See sales details on how to pull credit)
After you have received the account information from the statements or pulled the credit
report for the account information make sure you have all information on each debt
including: Name, address, account number, company, and balance then you will put that
information along with payment and term details onto the contract and forward to the
customer.
You need to ask the customer how to get the Approval/Application (contract) to them.
Fax or email is best but land mail is also possible (see sales details)
If the customer refuses to give any information (statements or credit report) without
seeing something in writing the please figure their payment, terms, and debt amount.
Input this information onto the contract and send out the contract to them. The contract
will now serve as an application
They can then fill out the information themselves, send back with copies of statements or
now if they feel comfortable you can pull their credit.
There are few important questions asked by customers and it is very important you
answer them correctly.
Answer: That is a very good question and I am glad that you asked that. While you are
in this program your may experience small negative effects on your credit. However
when you complete this program your score will go higher than before. When you
complete this program your credit report will read 0 balance and accounts paid in full!
This will boost your credit.
Question 2: How is your company able to do this? How can you settle at .50cents?
Answer: That is a very good question and I am glad that you asked that. There are two reasons
that we are able to settle your debts at such a discount. 1) Is that we use attorneys to settle debts.
Consumers such as you and I can not settle our debts legally on our own.
2) Is that we have a large amount of debt that we work with every month. Your debts will be
included into our portfolio of debt and that is what allows us to get such a discount.

Take all the unsecured debt (credit cards, medical, personal loans) and add them
together to reach their debt balance.
Take the debt balance $25,000 for example. Then you will multiply the balance by 55%
(which is the new settled balance to pay. We save them 45% of their debt)
So the new balance for them to pay off is only $13,750 ($25,000 X 55% = $13,750) from
here you will ask them what payment they can make $200?, $300? $400? Then just
take the debt balance and divide it by the monthly payment they can make and that is
there new payment and term.
The minimum payment we can take is the new debt balance $13,750 spread out over 45
months
Make sure they payment you agree on is the same or over the minimum payment.
So take the new balance of $13,750 and figure the minimum payment by dividing the
balance by 45 months. $13,750 / 45 = $305 per mo.
Offer them the lowest possible payments if they can not decide on a monthly payment.
2) Pulling Credit
If you feel it will be easier to pull a credit report for your customer rather than wait on
them to gather statements then you can pull their credit report at the following site:

stay on line during call to answer 4 questions from Experian about their credit on the
website. The easiest way to complete this is by choosing Experian as the credit bureau.
NOTE: If you have an Indian IP address you will not be able to access this site. If so go
to hide-my-ip.com and download the software so your Indian computer can access this
site.
4) Company emails
