    The Complainant most humbly submits as under:

    1. The Complainant states that he had filed one Application


    for Condonation of Delay on 22nd May, 2021. However,
    the said Application has become infructuous, since all
    the concerned matters filed with a delay application on or
    before 2nd October 2020 have been excluded in
    computing the period of limitation by virtue of the SUO
    MOTU WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) No.(s). 3/2020, IN RE :
    COGNIZANCE FOR EXTENSION OF LIMITATION. Hereto
    annexed and marked is the copy of the Public Notification
    along with the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court
    as Exhibit-A
    2. Hence, this Pursis for bringing the said facts on record
    and praying before this Hon’ble Court to direct the
    registry to register the present case.
