    Sub: - Offer for Engineering Services -Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation-
    at Modular/Barrel Coal Wash Plant infra at Parsa Coal block

    Dear Sir,
    We are pleased to mention below our engineering scope & service charges in details towards
    Engineering Services -Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation for Modular Wash plant infra at Parsa Coal block,
    received email dated 15.07.2021.

    A. Scope of Work, Input Requirements :-

    a) Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation- System Design & Detail Engineering as mentioned
    in the Table 1 scope of work – E&I infra.

    Notes: - 1. We have been considered our scope from MRSS of 33kV tapping point.
    2. We did not consider PFD in our scope as it is designed by Process team. We will do P&ID &
    detail engineering on the basis of PFD from Instrumentation point of view.
    3. Detail Engineering of Coal washery portion (Barrel & Modular) have not been considered in this
    Offer.
    4. We can also offer Fire Fighting System, Dust Suppression system & Dust extraction system
    from our Mechanical support team (M/s Mesia engineering) if required.

    Deliverables By Client

    1) Supply or convey of all inputs to complete design & documents as required Auto-CAD file format.

    B. Commercial Terms & Conditions:-

    1. Price:-

    a) The quotation price for the above scope of work as mentioned below:-

    Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation for the above mentioned project: - 4, 70,000/- (Four lakhs Seventy

    thousands lakhs only).

    Fire Detection & Alarming system for the above mentioned Project: - 1, 00,000/- (One lakhs only.)

    Total Quoted Value: - Rs.5, 70,000/- (Five lakhs seventy thousands only) excluded 10 % TDS.

    Note:- To & Fro, Fooding & Lodging Charge Shall total responsibility of Client. Data collection and meeting
    outside Kolkata shall be chargeable Rs.4000/- per man days & visit charge shall be payable in between 3-4 days
    before visit. If Inside Kolkata To & Fro Charge shall be borne by Client.
    2. Exclusion:-

    a) Hard copy print out not in our scope. We will supply all drawings & documents as PDF,
    & CAD file format through e-mail.

    b) We don’t have any service tax registration. So no service tax.

    c) Scope is only envisaged aforesaid subject matter & no other activities not covered in this scope.

    Terms of Payment

    (i) 30% advance along with work order.

    (ii) 67% of the order value towards submission of drawings & documents in between two revisions on Pro-rate
    basis for all associated items against submission of R/A Bill.

    (iii) 3% after Approval.

    3. Completion time:-
    Sixty days to Seventy five days (60-75) working days from the date of receipt of your work order along with advance.

    4. Validity:-
    Offers will Valid 15 days from today.

    We hope our offer is in line with your requirement. In case you require any clarification, kindly intimate us and
    accordingly our key personal can be placed at your disposal with short notice.
