Introduction

This day’s technology is spreading its wing in the world wide. Becoming a major part in the
business sector. In our country’s Ethiopia too, mostly in the capital Addis Ababa and also
Hawassa. There are a lot of business’s all around the city, like computer selling, computer
maintenance, mobile phone selling and maintaining, office equipment’s selling and maintaining
and also internet cafes, game zones, movie renters, software sellers too. All this venture is
profitable and in good market demand from vast customers. Considering this demand there aren’t
a lot of shops opened near to meet the need. Even if they are, they are not easily accessible and
not much for choice of comparisons.one of the open venture is PlayStation game zone. Most give
service to game play only so if movie or pc maintaining was in need we have to look for it
somewhere in other places. The community need is both at the same place and closer to him/her.
Seeing this there are many places with this integrated service. All it takes is looking attentively
and we have.
Summary
Predator play room services is a standard high-quality PlayStation game zone, movie center and
simple maintenance. We are located in terufat, Hawassa, Ethiopia. Our location is a major asset,
as it is accessible to both the largest concentration of the local community as well as greatest
marketing place. We will offer a wide selection of latest-technology game plays, computer
maintenance service and also movie rental. We are dedicated to providing consistently high
client satisfaction by rendering excellent service, carrying items that are not locally available,
and furnishing a warm, pleasant atmosphere at a competitive price. Our work environment will
be one of respect for our clients and our community.

The timing is right for starting this venture. Our target area is the far side of Hawassa. terufat in
the sub city. Presently, there is only one PlayStation gaming room near our area of opening, and
their main focus is only targeted in getting the profit. Also gives service to game play only. We
have polled the terufat community and have received an overwhelming response that there is a
definite need for a more comprehensive resource for game zone, movie and maintenance service
in our target area. We will offer solutions to the community not provided by any of our
competitors.
Industry analysis
Predator play room services will focus on markets on the far side of Hawassa, Treufat including
kids, adults, and gamers with in the age of 12-45 age. 

Market research shows that customers at Trufat go to Piyassa for their technological needs.
Because of this, if a play room is located in Piyassa, the prime market is a 1-3 km range. Predator
play room services will be located in terufat.

There are 3 schools, union, tabor and comboni around our play room. Students going to school
and back home have a more the 50% probability of stopping by to our play room to refresh their
tired mind.

There are many electronic hardware shops so we can easily find spare parts for our maintenance
service, also we will have potential customers from those shops if by any chance their equipment
is having an issue.

These demographics illustrate a favorable climate for the success of Predator play room services.
Description of venture
Predator play room services will provide PS4 with FIFA-2020 and PS-2020, the latest movies in
normal HD and series of those which are popular also some level of pc maintenance to the Trufat
community. What will set Predator play room services apart from the competition is providing
our customers all this in one convenient location, our dedication to excellent customer service,
and an expedient turn-around time on repairs.

Product and services


Most people today use computers and play game either at work or at home. It is important that
people have a quality service and servicing those needs. Predator play room services will provide
the Terufat community with just such a quality resource - a one-stop shop for PS, movie and
computer maintenance. Predator play room services will offer the following products and
services with excellent customer service in a friendly, professional, and pleasant environment:

 Provide the latest PS4 game - We will provide continuous game play Monday –
Saturday from 2:30 am – 2:30 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am– 2:30 pm.
 Service and Repairs -We will do full-service computer diagnosis and repairs with an
emphasis on quality work within an expedient turn-around time.
 Upgrades - We will offer customers the latest technology available to upgrade the
computers they already own.
 Networking - We will offer full networking solutions for both home and office,
including wireless networking.
 Movie rental – we will provide the latest weekly updated movies in normal HD and
Series.
 Coffee and fast food – we will provide coffee and fast food in collaboration with our
neighbor café with right price.
Marketing plan
Our market segmentation focuses on students, electronic shops and the wide range of movie
watchers of the Big Population of Terufat. In terms of income potential, the largest market
segment is actually the local consumers. Consumers need a place to repair and upgrade the
computers they already have as well as purchase new computers and parts with the latest
technology. Currently, the local residents have very limited resources for purchasing computers
or parts. Predator play room services will resolve these issues for local consumers by selling
computer parts that are of the latest technology and give maintenance.

We will have a wide range of customers due to our service variation, like if one comes to play PS
and also watches movies then if he’s hungry playing the game he can order some fast food. This
cycle of movement is how we get a great deal of profit from.

Predator play room will be created as a private limited Company (PLC) based in Hawassa
Ethiopia, Ethiopia and privately co-owned by Yared Mengistu, Marta dubela, Sofia wabela,
Kapite Gendo and Selamawit Kibru. Predator play room is the first company in our teams, They
were co-owner of predator services in Terufat .we have formed startup company in Treufat
because we have no any company crates as a team before predator play station service movie
rental and commuter maintenance .

The management philosophy of predator play station services is based on respect for each of our
fellow employees, respect for every customer, and individual responsibility. We believe in
listening to our customers and doing our best to embody their vision of a community-minded
business and meeting all their customer needs. Our management team consists of the CEO,
managers, Sheff, maintenance taker man and Coffman who are experienced
entrepreneurs possessing a Breadth of functional experience in play station service. maintenance
and movie management and retail Yared Mengistu and Marta control over all the senior
management responsibilities.

We still need to find a Sheff for our play station house who require that service, during customer
breaking time for now Sofiya will cover the place, Kapiten and selam are sales man and coffee
time workers in play station house.

When the need arises to hire employees, we will hire only employees who demonstrate technical
aptitude and a dedication to excellent customer service. The organizational structure and
personnel plan reflect our intentions to maintain an organization that is customer oriented and
comfortable proficient, while efficiently managing cost controls and productivity.
