ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I have given my all in order to complete this OJT. Nonetheless, it would not have
been possible without the tremendous assistance, guidance, and support of several
individuals and organizations. I'd want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and
every one of them.
I appreciate God for providing me with everything I needed to complete this work.
I'm grateful to (Mrs. CEO), Mr. Noel Asoy, Ms. Rosamie Villamor, and Ms. Neliza Lauga
for their leadership and constant oversight, as well as for providing basic information
about our On-the-Job training and this assignment.
Working under the supervision of Ms. Neliza Lauga, who has an unbelievable
amount of knowledge and a knack for empowering, correcting, and leading me in any
situation possible, has enabled me to complete this project.
I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to them for giving me their time and
courage in sharing their wisdom with a learning trainee.
Especially to my classmates, family, and friends who had played an important
role in my educational journey. Who added a creative twist to this work and assisted me
at various stages.
Mrs. Gamaliela Dumancas, our practicum counsel, encouraged us to complete
the tasks we had in hand. She was the one who urged us to follow the rules in their

INTRODUCTION
A school educational strategy that aims to train and prepare students for
job and future professions requires a BS Office Administration Internship
Program. It is a type of skill development in which a specialist figures out how to
complete the work using detailed insight. Work Training is a technique in which
understudies are exposed to various work situations in order to give them the
opportunity to encounter and apply the theories and calculations that they have
learned in school. It also helps understudies gain relevant information and
abilities by acting in a real work setting.
BS Office Administration Internship Program is critical not only to show
understudies their chosen professions, but also to show understudies the reality
of working. The students will be exposed to real-world business related to the
course they are taking. It also allows those with no experience to work and
advance at the same time. Hands-on preparation allows the learner to delve
deeper into her chosen field and put what he has learned in school into practice.
It aids in the organization of the learner's ability. Aside from job knowledge, On-
the-Job Training allows students to meet genuine experts and people in various
positions within the organization, both high and low. The learner will genuinely
want to understand how to adapt to the personalities and perspectives of others.
Hands-on Training necessitates effort and realism. A learner should take OJT
seriously because it could be a valuable asset in preparing for the next stage of
life as an expert. It could be a source of inspiration when they make the big leap
from understudy to vocation expert someday.

COMPANY PROFILE
A. History
During the early 1990's large chains of drugstores started putting up
branches in Bukidnon, specifically in the cities of Malaybalay and Valencia.
Naturally, the owners of the small drugstores not only in the cities mentioned but
in the nearby municipalities were quite anxious of the presence of these giant
drug companies.
The notion of forming cooperative among Pharmacists was conceived try
Mr. Crispin R. Doldolea, a Pharmacist and a Cooperative Worker. He was also
supported by Mrs. Raymunda Villahermosa, owner of the largest drugstore in
Valencia City and by then, President of the Bukidnon Pharmaceutical
Association, Mrs Guadalupe C. Tubio. Thus, the birth of the Bukidnon
Pharmaceutical Multipurpose Cooperative (BUPHARCO) came about as a
project of the Bukidnon Pharmaceutical Association.
With the organization of BPHARCO, the Pharmacists felt they had a better
chance of competing with the chain of drugstores. With their funds pooled
together, the Pharmacist-owners could new purchase directly from the suppliers
and also avail of volume discounts: thus the decrease in costs of good sold
allowed them to lower their selling prices to competitive standards.
BUPHARCO is the first of its kind in the Philippines. Despite attendant
pains that accompany births, the cooperative was finally organized in September
13, 1994. It was first registered with Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)
Region X on October 2, 1995. There were initially only fifteen Pharmacists who
bonded together to form BUPHARCO. Initial capitalization was only Php
150,000.00. Over the years, the coop's membership and have grown. On
November 10, 2004, its registration as amended to expand its area of operation
and its capitalization. It opened its doors to non-Pharmacists accepting them as
associate members.
Initially, the coop was created to serve the interests of the Pharmacists but
over the years, the essence of cooperativism was inculcated in the minds of the
4
officers, staff and members so that now it strives to serve the welfare not just of
the shareholders but also the communities serves.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SUPERVISED FIELD EXPERIENCE
PROGRAM
This experience taught me more than anyone else. It's amazing because
they associated us with anything in the pharmacy so that we'll be ready if we plan
to work there part-time in the future. Many customers feel furious if their
prescription takes long time or if it is not available. I understand that pharmacies
deal with a lot of rude people, and I've seen how frustrating it can be, but I was
amazed by how gently the pharmacists managed these problems, no matter how
enraged the customers seemed. I'm deeply interested in pharma, and this work
experience helped me to figure out what I want to do in the coming years.
I discovered that some drugs required clearance from a physician before
being disposed of or sold to customers. Antibiotic intake has to be supervised by
authorized persons, just like antiobics. I also learnt how to utilize the counting pill
tray correctly, which is used to measure tablet, capsules, and gelcaps that are
bottled but sold separately or retailed. Cycle counting is the way by which they
maintain track of orders, expiration dates, the amount of products remained on
their system, the amount of products left in reality, and other information. I need
to take down a list of the medications and verify the Pos system for price and
quantity, then verify the expiration dates of the medicines and count them to
determine the exact number of medicines in the pharmacy. Following that, I'll
determine whether the variants are negative or positive. Positive variants indicate
that the real number of medicines in the pharmacy exceeds the quantity in the
POS machine.
It's all about organization at the pharmacy. Even one improperly filed
paper might cause a cascade of problems, frustrating customers. No matter how
hurried you are, you must return everything to its proper place before going.

STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS
IN THE CONDUCT OF THE SUPERVISED FIELD EXPERIENCE
PROGRAM
These are the summary of the SWOT analysis during the internship at the
Guidance and Counseling Center that helped the student trainee to identify the
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the Supervised Field
Experience Training Program.

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
11
LESSONS LEARNED
During my 300 hours as a student trainee at BUPHARCO Pharmacy, I
learnt how to properly handle customers and converse with a variety of people. I
also learnt to be patient in order to maintain control, especially in stressful
situations. Working with people from various backgrounds improved my soft skills
such as communication and teamwork. Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities were also quite important.
Now if the client is still upset, you may disagree with the criticism and even
consider it a personal attack. Just remember that these are preceptors who are
taking time out of their day to help you improve. You can only improve and learn
from whatever comments you receive, no matter how negative it is. Be careful
not to offend the preceptor when responding to feedback. Even if you disagree, it
is best to thank them for their time and show respect. Negative responses to
comments may result in a bridge being burnt. You never know who will be
looking over your employment application in the future.
