That in pursuance of the said agreement, and in consideration of the


said sum Rs.22,19,000/-( Rupees Twenty Two Lakhs Nineteen Thousand
Only ) received by the Vendor from VENDEES and the receipt of which
above said amount the VENDORS hereby accepts, admits and acknowledges
and the VENDORS hereby sells, conveys and transfers the SCHEDULE
MENTIONED PROPERTY and delineated plan annexed hereto in favour of
the VENDEES together with all rights and all easements that are attached and
reputed to be attached thereto. The VENDEES shall hold and enjoy the same
as absolute owners.

That the VENDORS hereby assure and covenant with the VENDEES
that all the rights, title, interests, claim and demand whatsoever of the
YETQORS into or upon the same and every part thereof in law and equity TO
ENTER UPON AND TO HAVE HOLD OWN and possess and same unto and
to the use of the VENDEES, the VENDORS or their legal heirs, executors,
administrators, assigns absolutely and forever together with tifle deeds,
writings and the other evidences of the tifle of the VENDORS.

That the VENDORS hereby assure and covenants with the VENDEES
that the VENDORS or their legal heirs of the VENDORS are not withstanding
any acts, deed or things heretofore done, executed or knowingly suffered to
the conhary the VENDORS are now laMully seized and possessed of the
SCHEDULE MENTIONED PROPERTY free from all kinds of encumbrances,
mortgages, charges, dues, demands, liens and court attachments or defect in
the title whatsoever and that the VENDORS have full power and absolute
authority to sell the SCHEDULE MENTIONED PROPERW in manner
aforeside.

That the VENDORS hereby declare that the VENDEES shall hereafter
peacefully and quietly hold, possess and enjoy the SCHEDULE MENTIONED
PROPERTY as a sole and absolute owner without any disturbance, let or
hindrance either from the VENDORS or anyone else claiming through or
under VENDORS.

That the VENDORS shall be bound to indemnify the VENDEES against


any loss at the VENDEES may be put to by reasons of any defect in the title
of the VENDOR and VENDEES shall be entitled to recover from the
VENDORS all such expenses that the VENDEES may be put to by reasons of
any litigations concerning the title or possession of the property mentioned in
the schedule.
The VENDORS hereby affirm and assures to the VENDEES that they
have neither entered into the sale agreement with anybody nor has received
any amount as advance towards the same property.

That the VENDORS have handed over all the link documents, papers
relating to the SCHEDULE MENTIONED PROPERry to the VENDEES
herein in original today.
That the VENDORS further declares that the VENDORS will sign all
the papers, documents if need to perfect the title of the VENDEES in respect
of the SCHEDULE MENTIONED PROPERTY hereby sold.
That the VENDORS have handed over vacant, peaceful physical
possession of the schedule mentioned property to the VENDEES herein today
and the VENDEES has taken over the same.

registration and the same shall be borne by the VENDEES in future.

That the VENDORS (rep.by AGPA Holder) availed an exemption of Stamp

registered at SRO, Malkajgiri, Medchal-Malkajgiri district.
