FFU Fan Filter Unit is mainly used for purifying the air into the clean area to
make sure it can reach required cleanliness class. The fan would draw in the air
and then the air goes through the HEPA or ULPA filter. In this way, the air will
be purified and blow out with 0.45m/s±20% adjustable speed.

 Air showe r r o o m
Air shower is an essential air cleaning equipment used in clean room. It is mainly
applied to blowing away the dust adhered to the workers & the surface of objects. The
air shower usually use centrifugal fan with large volume drawing in air, use HEPA filters
to filter the dusty air and then blowing away the dust, finally use pre-filters recycling
the air. After this, it can reduce the pollution to the clean room and make sure to meet
the production demand of the workshop environment.

 Clean Bench
Clean Bench is a kind of clean room equipment which meets strict demands for working
environment. It can provide 100-level cleanness for partial clean area. It provides high
cleanness and can move easily. Clean bench is widely used in optics, biochemistry,
microelectronics, precision instrument etc. Clean bench can be classified into vertical flow and
horizontal flow. And also vertical flow clean bench can be divided into single side operation,
double side operation & air returning type.

【 Features】

●The clean bench use continuous variable transmission to keep ideal air speed.

●Work table is made from cold- roll steel sheet or stainless steel. The whole appearance is
beautiful & solid.
●Work table use stainless steel as material which is wear resistant and easy to clean.
●The bottom of the clean bench use universal wheels which is easy to move and install
●The clean bench use high quality fan system which has features such as long service life, low

Clean Booth
Clean Booth is a kind air cleaning unit for partial purification. It can be quickly mounted
in any area which needs partial purification. The frame of clean booth usually uses
industrial aluminum or stainless steel & lacquer coated Iron as raw material. And it is
equipped with FFU at the top and electrostatic curtain or tempered glass all around. The
purification level inside can reach to 100 class. It is quite suitable for high demanding of
purification level in workshop.

Weighing Room
Weighing room is a professional purification equipment using for sampling, weighing and
analyzing to control of dust pollution. The indoor air would go through pre-filter, medium
efficiency filter and then draw in plenum chamber by centrifugal fan. Next the air would go
through HEPA filter and blowout. The clean air will flow into the clean area with average
velocity to provide clean working environment. The operation area of Center Weighing
Room will maintain the negative pressure and blowout 10% recycling air. The air in
weighing room recycles automatically through 3-level filter system (The efficiency of HEPA
Filter can remove 99.99% particle dust as well as dust above 0. 3μm size).

 Biologi c a l S a f e t y C a b i n e t

Biological safety cabinet is used as safety isolation

equipment is biological and other laboratories. It is
applied to the protection of the personnel, sample and
environment. The cabinet can meet the first, second
and third risk factor grade of pathogen operated. Ⅱ
class cabinet’s open front draw in negative pressure
air to protect people’s safety. The vertical air flow
through the Hepa filter is used for protecting the
safety of sample. Leaving air also flows the Hepa filter
to prevent the diffusing of harmful airborne particulates
&aerosol, and protect the operating people, sample and
environment. We manufacture cabinet according to the

Sampling vehicle
Clean sampling vehicle is mainly applied to raw material’s sample such as pharmaceutical
preparation & sterile preparation. It is made from S. S. steel and S.P steel sheet. It is
contact controlled and can adjust the speed of air velocity, equipped with ultraviolet ray
sterilamp.We can manufacture it according client’s requirements.
Clean sampling vehicle can move easily to get the sample from different storage area.
The purification degree can reach to 100 class. This vehicle is the essential equipment to
meet the demands of article 26 GMP standard.
. According to the demands of GMP standard, the purification degree of our clean
sampling vehicle can reach to 100. And also our motor elements meet the demands of
Standard GB1497-85. And our packages comply with the demands of Standard GB191.

 Pass Box
Pass box is an auxiliary equipment for the non dust clean room, which works as the
buffering area between the inside and outside of the clean room to prevent the
disrupt of the air pressure and airflow during passing the goods. It can be divided into
two different kinds, normal pass box & air shower pass box. It is mainly used for
preventing the air into the clean room and purifying the goods during the passing.

and inside we use full stainless steel. This can make it
easy for cleaning and keep it strength and durability.

HEPA Box
HEPA box is widely applied to air conditioning system in pharmacy, biology, electronics,
and chemistry etc. It is used to transforming and building terminal filter unit. HEPA box
contains electrostatic box, HEPA filter and flowing panel. The connecting type can be top
connection or side connection.
KZ particularly design this HEPA box according to the demands of DOP testing. It uses
liquid sealed method and equipped with smoke tube. The smoke tube can make smoke
evenly when testing.

【Instruction】

● Compact structure, reliable sealing, top or side air inlet, square or round flange
● Use cold rolled steel for case of HEPA box, and anti-static plastic coating for surface.

It is mainly used to for the filter of the air conditioner & top of ventilation system,
clean room return air filter & pre- filter of the top of Hepa filter device. It mainly applies to
the filter the 5μm & over 5μm dust particle. Our company has plate, gathers and pocket

HEPA Filter with partition

The filter material folds into wedge pleat. There are

two impressions after bending the filter material.
Wedge pleat can avoid damage of filter material. For
corrosive environments, ethylene coated partition can

Clean workshop is usually used in situation which the producing products need high
requirements for air cleanness. The cleanness grade is different for corresponding product.
The cleanness grade is divided into: 10, 100, 1000, 10000,100000 class etc. The number
smaller, the cleanness higher. The main purpose for clean workshop is controlling air
cleanness, atmospheric humidity and temperature. It can make sure products manufacturing
in good environment. According to international practice, the cleanness is classified based on
the number of particles permitted per cubic meter of air at a specified particle size. The so-
called dust free does not mean 100% dust free, however it is with quite small quantity.
Relatively this number of particles is very small than our common dust. So it would have great
negative effects on optic construction. In this case, dust-free is necessary for producing
these kinds of products.
