Due to this pandemic, PSEM VSC students are affected and classes are conducted through an
online setup. The shift to the online mode of learning has also added a burden to some of the

PSEM-VSC members to give help and load allowance to selected PSEM-VSC members in
need. This will be an activity that will help the EM students so that they can attend online
examinations and can perform well in their school activities. This will be intended for the
Midterm and Final exams and will be given the day before the examination starts. The PSEM-
VSC members can apply to the load subsidy but they need to send proof to the committee that

Load subsidy of 50 pesos will be given to 20 EM students before Midterm and Final examination intended
for the PSEM-VSC members to access their online school activities during examinations.

-EM Student should be an active PSEM-VSC member who is able to pay the membership fee already.

-PSEM-VSC member who has no access to WIFI internet connection and they should send proof to the
Committee on Finance. (Picture of the History of Load bills or gcash Load history, and picture of an
activity answered online through screenshot using his or her Phone)

-PSEM-VSC member will apply the Load subsidy program through the application form (google form)
and will send the personal information and necessary details including the PERSONAL STATEMENT
onto why he or she deserved the Load Loan subsidy.

-After sending the load subsidy, the PSEM-VSC student will sent a proof of load to the Committee on
Finance for evidence and document purposes of the PSEM-VSC organization of this activity.

Benefits

50 pesos load subsidy during Midterm and Final examination- 1 st semester of A.Y. 2021-2022.

will be conducted by the PSEM-VSC executive officers including the Committee on Finance. We will be
screening and validating the application and we will be prioritizing those that needs immediate
assistance.
