I ARCHITECHTURE
- Prohibit smoking inside the building. Place no-smoking signs at the main entrances and functions of the building
(within 3m), Design smoking areas located at least 7.5 meter from all entries, outdoor air intakes, and operable
p windows Prerequisite
p - There is an area for gathering and sorting garbage for each warehouse and each office area Prerequisite
1 - Car Parking space: achieve at least 40% reduction from the LEED base ratios 1
- All parking areas are covered, using light-colored materials (SRI>82)
2 - Roof: with insulation materials, and SRI (Solar Reflex Index) value = 82 at least 2
3 - Provide charging stations for at least 5% of the total project car parking space 1
4 - All main and function entrances must have carpets (at least 3m long) to prevent dust from outside) 1
II ELECTRIC SYSTEM
- Use LED light for whole project, meet the following requirements: (CRI) of at least 90, (UGR) <19)
1 - Install motion sensors for toilets, staircases. 2
2 - Use exterior LED light with no light emitted above horizontal. 1
III HVAC SYSTEM
p - Simulation to reduce (at least 5%) cooling capacity and energy consumption Prerequisite
p - Using energy metering for whole building Prerequisite
- Meet minimum fresh air requirements following ASHRAE 62.1 – 2010 (or local equivalent) for all occupancy
p spaces Prerequisite
p - Use filters for all fresh air intakes, minimum with MERV 13 (or F7) Prerequisite

p -balance outdoor airflow to the design minimum outdoor airflow rate defined by ASHRAE Standard 62.1–2010 Prerequisite
p - Install a current transducer on the supply fan, an airflow switch, or similar monitoring device Prerequisite
1 - Simulation to reduce (at least 20%) cooling capacity and energy consumption (expected with high-efficient equipment) 4
2 - Using energy metering for all main systems 1
3 - Using solar panels on the roofs of warehouses 5
- Using CO2 sensor for high density occupied spaces : included Canteens and offices
4 - Increase breathing zone outdoor air ventilation rates to 95% of all occupied spaces by at least 30% above the 1
minimum rates
5 - Use refrigerant type Non-CFC (Prerequisite) 1
IV PLUMBING SYSTEM
p - Install permanent water meters for whole building Prerequisite
1 - Design a rainwater tank with a volume to ensure watering needs for the entire landscape of the project 2
2 - Use water-saving appliances inside the house efficiently and save water. Especially toilets and urinals 4
3 - Install permanent water meters for all main systems: indoor water, irrigation,... 1
V MATERIALS
1 - All paints, coatings, adhesives, and sealants: use low VOC or low emission certified products 1
- All flooring, ceilings, wall panels, thermal, and acoustic insulation: use low VOC or low emission certified
2 products 1
VI CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
- Have a plan to assess the environmental impact of the project, implement solutions to minimize erosion and air
p pollution during construction (ESC plan) Prerequisite

- Have a plan to collect, gather and classify construction waste (concrete, metal, paper, ...) during construction
1 - Monthly count statistics report (weight or volume) for recyclables or landfills 2
- Cover all equipment, pipes after installation but not put into operation, Cover all materials when not in use or
2 after use, No smoking signs in the building during construction 1
- Plan and carry out acceptance test, commissioning of the systems after installation, ensuring that the systems
3 operate in accordance with the designs. 6
