A. Grammar and structure drill.
On the use of regular and irregular verbs as in the following structure drill:

The film ends before lunch


I thought it ended after lunch

In English there are verbs that may be regular as  TO END  - in the simple past
tense regular verbs take  ED  at the end:

e.g. : ended - finished - wanted ..................

Irregular verbs, however, have special forms to express the simple past tense as for
 TO THINK  - THOUGHT
e.g. : TO BUY - BOUHT.
To write - wrote.
To spend - spent.

EXERCISE: Rebuild the following structure drill:

1. / She ........ a glass last night


Yes she often breaks one
2. / She ........ a letter last night
Yes she often writes one
3. / She ........ a bottle last night
Yes she often opens one

B. VOCABULARY DEVELOPMENT

THE HUMAN BODY

The Month includes the two Lips, the 32 TEETH and the TONGUE.
Some men grow a moustache on their LIPPER Pip.
The point of the LOWER Jaw is the CHIN.
Some men grow BEARDS round their faces.

QUESTIONS:

- On the use of NEGATION involving the use of BE / HAVE NOT as in :
