OPERATOR’S MANUAL FOR SCADA FOR ELGi AIR COMPRESSORS

1. Start Up
Start the PC. User: cpp, Password: cpp123
Open ‘’Client File’’ & following Home Screen will appear.

Click on the ‘’Next Screen’’&


& following Main Screen will appear.

3. DO Status
Status off the machine ‘’ON, OFF, Error’’ can be viewed in this Screen

4. Individual Screen
Click on the individual machine on the Main Screen
Screen.
Look on the Screen. Machine could be started if it is in ‘’REMOTE ‘’ mode & in ‘’IDLE’’ condition.

‘’Remote’’ & ‘’Local’’ Mode could be selected in the Operator Setting of the Compressor HMI.

MENU (F2)-->LOG IN (F5)-->USER (F2)-->1-->PASSWORD (F3)-->9562-->ENTER (DOUBLE CLICK)--


>OPERATOR (F3)-->START OPTION -->LOCAL (F5)/REMOTE(F6).

Manual Start/stop: Select ‘’Manual’’ mode. Click on ‘’Start’’ & machine will start. Click on ‘’Stop’’ for
stopping.

Auto Start/stop: Click on ‘’Manual’’ & it will change to ‘’Auto’’. If the Header Pressure is lower than the
Minimum Set Pressure then it will start automatically. For stop, change ‘’Auto’’ to ‘’Manual’’ mode first
& then click on ‘’Stop’’ button.

5. Header Pressure
Change the Header Pressure. Click on ‘’Setting’’ in the Main Screen. User—CPP, Password: NALCO1234.
6. Alarm
Click on the ‘’Alarm’’ button in the Main Screen & View the current Trippings.

7. Trend
Click on the ‘’Trend’’ button in the Main Sreen & view the Trend of Header Pressure. Click on the Trend

button at the Individual Compressor Screen to view the Trends of all Analog Value.
8. Cumulative Time
Click on the ‘’Cumulative ’’ button in the Main Sreen & view the Cumulative Time.

9. Service Time
Click on the ‘’Service Time’’ button in the Main Sreen & view the remaining time ofAirFilters, Oil Filter,
Oil & Regrease of Motor bearings.
