Some fixed stitch shortcuts Multi-set stitch shortcuts
As the treadle is toed down, Constant-Stitch Sewing E, F, G or H

Problems Strategies

Power Module is faulty.
System will be shut down until the power resets on.
E01 Abnormal over current or voltage.
Please check the power board in detail.
Resistor is damaged or F1 fuse is blown.

①Power on,no DC 15V,first unconnect the 1st pin of U13,then
check value of R15(12k),R16(1.5K),C33(22uF),check voltage drop
of D3 after taken down from PCB,change Q6,D2,at last change
L2(2.2mH)
②Power on DC 15V is normal:Power on no DC5V,change U3

E05:The connection of the Foot Pedal error

①Check R139(10k)、R140(2.2k)、the voltage drop


of D33,if abnormal,change it.

pin(DC5V),if no DC5V,check the loop.
③Check the loop of FOOT_AD signal to CPU,if

A、No display:
①Power on,check whether LED1 is lit.Not lit:check F2,DB1,IGBT,C58,C59 and so on.
Note:If 2 or more IGBT are broken,must change the U13(2136)
②LED1 is lit:check the voltage drop of DVS5V(normal 230)and DC32V(normal 440),if short
current ,change the corresponding IC chips.If the DCS5V and DC32V are normal,power on
check the voltage of ZD1(8.5V),if normal means U4 working normally.If no 8.5V,check the
voltage drop of ZD1(580).If the voltage drop of ZD1 is normal,but still no 8.5V,check R9
(120k take down to check),R7(100k),vlotage drop of D5(560),D1(530).
