Task summary
This assessment task requires you to monitor and assess the implementation of the human
resources strategic plan. You must create a set of questions on the effectiveness of the SHR plan and
the Labour Supply Plan you made in task 2. You will need to work with relevant stakeholders and
ensure that plan is implemented according to organisational objectives.

effectiveness of the SHR plan and the Labour Supply Plan you made in task 2 and how well
they have been implemented and how well they have supported the organisation’s
strategic plan. Make sure your questions are professional, clear and concise and effectively
address each of the sections of your two plans. Include questions about general satisfaction
with the workplace questions, about satisfaction with new initiatives that have been
implemented in two plans.
