Provision-ISR technology is backed by over three years of LPR analytics research and development, and the brand-new Smart
Plate cameras provide the best results in various environmental conditions. Low-light areas, challenging angles, or non-
standard characters can cause issues in detecting and capturing number plates. However, Provision-ISR Smart Plate cameras
recognize a much higher number of automobile plates, with much higher efficiency than conventional LPR systems. The
Smart Plate Series includes 2MP devices able to capture two plates per second and recognize more than 50 international
license plates at a vehicle speed of up to 70km/h. The recognition rate reaches 99% in optimal environmental conditions, and
that is why we claim industry-leading accuracy.

segments also include road tolling implementation and parking management: The ability to recognize vehicle plates at parking

SHOB SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

When the “SHOB” Security Management Platform meets Provision-ISR LPR cameras, the whole picture is on view: the
cameras detect and recognize a vehicle license plate and send the information to the “Shob” platform for parking and access
management.

The user can exercise complete control over the monitored parking areas and efficiently manage various access criteria. The
software interface, extraordinarily comprehensive and intuitive, comes with nine menu choices:

1) LPR QUICK SETUP

• Create a parking lot.
• Assign the parking lot to one or more companies.
• Add LPR cameras to the parking lot.
• Add parking spaces.
• Add authorized cars.

2) LPR CAMERAS
• Add/remove LPR cameras.
• Restart the LPR camera (one click to get it back in
action!)
• Play live video.
• Open the gate manually.
• Restore events (data is taken from the SD card).

3) VISITORS
• Add visitors’ details (license plate, name, surname, phone
number, etc.)
• Select the date and time in which you want to reserve
the parking space for the visitor.
• Add inviter details (company name, parking group, etc.)

4) MONITORING AND CONTROL
• Get basic information (Company name, Driver name, Camera
Location).
• Get an event list: authorized cars / unauthorized cars
(unknown)/ blacklist / parking full / SD card events after
connection loss.
• Play live video.
• Open gate manually.
• Check parking lot status.

5) PARKING GROUPS
• Choose a company from your companies list.
• Add a parking group under the selected company.
• Delete the parking group at your discretion.

6) BLACK LISTS
• Add / remove blocked vehicles (the user can add blocked
vehicles to multiple parking lots).

7) AUTHORIZED CARS
• Add/remove authorized cars.
• Add companies with parking spaces ownership.
• Create parking groups.

8) PARKING SPACES
• Choose a company from your companies list.
• Add a specific number of parking spaces under the selected
company.
