This study is about how Covid-19 pandemic as the current time-setting

impacts the sociocultural aspect of the students from Human Resource

Development Management at Taguig City University for the school year 2020-

2021. Due to the global pandemic, there are a lot of things have changed,

especially to the students. The aim of this study is to improve students’

development programs. On the other hand, incidental sampling which is a non-

random sampling where the respondents are taken because they are the most

available, was used to in this study. Quantitative method was utilized in this study

and the data was gathered through a web-based survey questionnaire which was

posted to an online messaging group of all HRDM students of TCU and asked

assistance in answering the questionnaire. The findings showed that there is high

impact of Covid-19 pandemic on sociocultural aspects in terms of health behavior,

culture, social condition and environment and the impact of Covid-19 pandemic is

dependent on the family monthly income of HRDM students.
