52 1. The inlet distributor is designed so that the momentum of the inlet stream is approximately equal to the pressure drop
53 accros the trapezoidal slot. Since the momentum recovered is expended as pressure drop, the net pressure drop is
54 approximately zero. By using this standard generic design, no calculations for inlet distributor pressure drop are required.
