DINNER MENU

From 5:00 to 9:00 pm, we offer a full service dinner. Our waiters will be delighted to bring to your table our
authentic French country cuisine, including our garnished flat breads (flamekush) and our special pasta
dishes. For the perfect accompaniment to your dinner, try one of our fine French wines or handcrafted
Belgian beers.

Flamekush
Specialties of the Alsatian Bakers who call them Tartes Flambées, they
are the thin crust French pizzas since the Middle Ages. Served on a Maple
wood plateau, we eat them with the fingers, no fork, no knife.

Prosciutto, ham, bacon, kalamati olives, onion and garlic on a strong and rich
tomato sauce.

Paris: $7.25
Fresh tomato, peppers, red onion, cucumber & nine grain seeds starred on a
healthy spinach artichoke dip.

Strasbourg: $7.50
Caramelized onion with crispy bacon on a bed of sour cream mixed with fresh
herbs and spices.
