3. PROJECT STATUS
3.1 A short description of the works accomplished during the reporting month
Fufa Lejisa Site:-on Students dormitory Block
Sanitary works on progress
Toilet & shower wall ceramic works Completed.
External painting works on progress.
Handrail guard rail works on progress.
:-On Teachers Resident , Combined class Room & entertainment
Form work ,Rebar placing and concrete casting works on progress for Teachers Resident.
Rebar placing works also on progress for roof slab
HCB, Plastering works also on progress
No registered activity on Combined Class room
On Entertainment water proofing membrane works completed
Gypsum plastering on progress
But the overall activity of the contractor is unsatisfactory on this month
Mat General Contractor PLC:-Students Dormitory , Combined Class room with Lecture halls & seminars
No registered activity in this reporting month on this Blocks
Only Slope protection works on progress .But no other activity is registered at mini stadium .
At Teachers Resident Road works on progress.
Desalegn Ayalew :- Combined class room with Lecture hall & Seminar room
Completed & provisional acceptance held.

2. PROJECT STATUS
2.1 A short description of the works accomplished during the reporting month
A. On Phase One( Lot-A & Lot-B)
Road works (Main walk ways & access roads) has been completed.
Site Electrical works has been completed.
Site Sanitary works (Potable & Non-potable Supply system, Sewerage line)
completely done.
B. On Phase Two
Road works (Main walk ways & access roads) has been completed with a
little correction remark.
Site Electrical works has been completed.
Site Sanitary works (Potable & Non-potable Supply system, Sewerage line)
almost done.
Ramp and access to the buildings completed.
C. On Sport Field
Here, the contract is doing Excavation & earth work (cut & fill, load & cart
away surplus materials). Hence, it’s completely done.
D. On New TR Contract
Road work (Triple surface treatment) on progress.
Ramp & access to the TR & PV bldgs on progress.
Site sanitary & electrical works completely done.
Septic tank & sub-surface sand filter completely done.
Presidential villas site work & retaining walls completed.
Mini stadium spectators’ seat isn’t active.
1300m3 pioneer water reservoir completely done.
