LEAVE POLICY

Leave policy of [Hill Point Building Solutions Pvt Ltd] Policy


This leave policy allows flexibility for employees to meet personal, family, work and
community commitments without compromising the achievement of business objectives.
The policy applies to all employees.
Types of leave
This policy covers the following types of leave:
- Sick Leave
• Encashment Leave
Leave without pay . Long service leave
Sick Leave
Full-time employees are entitled to Sick leave of 12 working days for each year of
service. Part-time employees are entitled to annual leave on a pro-rata basis. [Hill Point
Building solutions Pvt Ltd) has the discretion to approve or object to the taking of Sick
Leave.

Encashment Leave
The leave can be applicable if once the employees can complete 365 days
from (DOJ).(Hillpoint Building solutions pvt ltd) can be pay the leave,
employees who can leave exceed 30 days.
No payment will be made for unused personal leave. Your absence from work on
personal leave for two or more consecutive working days (including Friday and Monday)
needs to be supported by a medical certificate to the satisfaction of

Employees may take paid personal/carer's leave:


- If they are unfit for work because of their own personal illness or injury; or
• To provide care or support to a member of their immediate family or
household, because of a personal illness, injury or unexpected emergency
affecting the member.
Leave without pay
{Hillpoint Building Solutions Pvt Ltd} reserves the right to accept or decline applications
for leave without pay.

Long service leave


You are entitled to the provisions for long service leave detailed in the relevant
long service leave legislation.

How to apply for leave


All applications for leave are made on the Leave application form.
Who decides?
Your manager decides whether to approve your leave application.
Acknowledgment by the employee: I have received a copy of the
