Are you aware that music has form? pwede po ba ko

three kinds of forms, namely strophic, binary, and ternary
forms. Do you still remember these forms?
The simplest of all musical form is called strophic.
The binary form is composed of two parts and this is
sometimes called AB form.
The ternary form is composed of three parts wherein
the A part is repeated. This is called ABA form.
In this lesson, you will learn another kind of form in
music. Let us find out what this is.

Today, you will learn another musical form, which is


Rondo.

The Rondo form in music is composed of three parts: A,


B, and C. This is sometimes called ABACA form. Most often, Section
A is repeated three times. The A part is usually sang first and usually
repeated after B and C parts are sung,
respectively. A song is also in rondo form if any of the parts of the
song is repeated.
