Payment schedule: Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC)
For all AMC, payment will be made on yearly basis as advanced. The client should pay all the
payment within 15 days of receiving invoice from Bangladesh Center for Analytics.
Problem Response and Resolution (If there is an AMC agreement)

04 Minor 2 Weeks Within thirty (30) working days
Validity of Quotation: 07 working Days.
Delivery / Installation Start: Within 03 working days from the date of work order
Training: Training is free for operation.
Warranty period of hardware: Upon expiry of warranty period, customers could enter in to a
maintenance agreement with Bangladesh Center for Analytics at a Yearly or Monthly
(Negotiable). Once such agreement is entered into the warranty will extend for further one-
year period inclusive of service & maintenance. No replacement will be provided for any
physical damage of any sort or burning of the internal circuits of cameras and other
equipment’s due to voltage fluctuation and over voltage.
Validity of Quotation: 07 working Days.
Delivery / Installation Start: Within 03 working days from the date of work
order.
