With reference to Vacancy notice No. Admin/Regular A& B/2014-RPR-AIIMS dated 25.1.2014,

It was clearly mentioned in the call letters issued to the candidates that the final selection for the
above posts will be made on the basis of marks scored in the written examination subject to their fulfilling
all the eligibility criteria for the respective posts.

Accordingly, the Competent Authority in AIIMS Raipur has decided the following qualifying
criteria :-
For UR category :- 40% marks in the written exam.
OBC category :- 35 % marks in the written exam.
SC/ST category :- 30% marks in the written exam.

On the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination and the
shortlisting criteria fixed by the Competent Authority in AIIMS, Raipur following candidates have been
shortlisted for document verification.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

All the candidates should note that their candidature for the post is PROVISIONAL. Shortlisting for
document verification does not entail them any right whatsoever for selection.

Candidates have already been informed about the document verification schedule through
email/SMS. NO call letters will be issued by post.

Candidates should bring the following documents in original alongwith one photocopy of each
:-

(i) Certificate showing date of birth;

(ii) Marksheets of all the years and Degree/Diploma Certificate in support their educational
qualification;
(iii) Caste Certificate in the prescribed format if applied under SC/ST/OBC category issued in
the prescribed format and by the competent authority;
(iv) Experience certificate, if any.;
(v) Those who are in employment must bring No Objection Certificate from their employer;
(vi) 02 copies of their latest passport size photographs .
 Candidates belonging to OBC category should note that their caste certificate along with the non-
creamy layer certificate should be in the prescribed format for employment under the Central
Government issued within 3 years of the date of document verification. The format of the caste
certificate is available on this website.

Candidates belonging to reserved categories should note that Caste certificates issued in any
format other than the prescribed format or signed by any authority other than the prescribed authorities,
will not be accepted.

Candidates who fail to appear for document verification during the scheduled
dates or fail to bring any of the documents as mentioned above, will not be considered
for the concerned post and their candidature will be summarily rejected without any
further notice to them.

Final selection will be made only after document verification of the shortlisted candidates so as to
ascertain their eligibility for the post. Only those candidates who appear for document verification on the
specified date will be considered for selection and Final Select list will be prepared on the basis of marks
obtained by such candidates in the written examination subject to their fulfilling all the other eligibility
criteria.
