20 COMPLAINT
21 Sir,
22 Facebook, Twitter and various other Big Tech companies are pursuing that they are within
23 the USA article 230 a “platform”. However, in my view they might have been up to a certain
24 stage but no longer can make this claim. Obviously, for the Australian Federal Police this might
25 be of no concerns unless this relates to any matter they are investigating.
26 As the AFP is investigating COVID issues and that the Big Tech are not only interfering but also
27 are actually publishing their own kind of mantra.
28 In recent times it has been in the news that Facebook, Twitter and others were working with the
29 USA government as to obstruct political opponents and to restrict anyone to publish articles
30 contrary to its COVID mantra.
31 Evidence of this has been often cited by medical professionals such as Dr J Mercola and others
32 of which some were de-platformed or otherwise restricted. While it may be argued that de-
33 platforming someone may be an internal conduct of a Big Tech corporation it is however another
34 matter, at least in my view, where Big Tech itself published statements that a certain statement
35 allegedly is untrue, etc. Once it publish any such comments it no longer is in my view operating
36 as a “platform” but rather as a political organisation suiting a particular political aim. When
37 doing mso I view that such comments by the Big Tech company becomes a “publication” which
38 falls within the ambit of “Dow Jones & Company Inc v Gutnick [2002] HCA 56 (10 December
39 2002)”. I understand that in that case the issue was that the publisher was in the U.S.A but as it
40 could be downloaded in Australia then it was held published also in Australia and hence the
41 Court held that the Court had jurisdiction and proceeded to hear the case with a positive outcome
42 for Mr Gutnick.
43 When therefore a Big Tech company like Twitters, Facebook or others are claiming that fact
44 checkers dispute the content , etc, then this is a “publication” that if from the Big Tech company
45 itself and not of someone who subscribed to the platform. Where then the fact checkers

2 rectification. I understand that one particular scientist is actually suing for deformation, etc.
3 As I understand it fact checkers are generally directly or indirectly employed by the Big Tech
4 companies and as such may have a bias as to twist the truth.
5 On about 26 January 2021 Twitter “suspended” me from using Twitter, and I have numerous
6 screen prints showing a signage in that regard. Ever since. While it supposingly has an appeal
7 process , which I attempted to follow, reality is I never received any response about this. When
8 Facebook placed a restriction/note on a comment I had placed and I sought to appeal then the
9 message was they might not be able to attend to it due to the volume of appeals, etc. As such, the
10 appeal process appears to be a scam.
11 When one however are dealing with serious matters such as the elaborate COVID HOAX that is
12 harmful to many Australians and even can result in permanent harm if not death, then such
13 interference is an obstruction to communicate to fellow Australians, and also to drive home in a
14 peaceful manner to politicians they better get their act together and stop the rot.
15 Federal and other Ministers have been clear they desire Big Tech companies to restrict what they
16 call disinformation/misinformation, however what is “disinformation”/”misinformation” must
17 never be judged as to the mantra of any Government but should be based upon FACTS.
18 My writings since early 2020 at Scribd shows indicate that I have extensively researched matters
19 regarding the COVID HOAX and as such well entitled to refer to my research without being
20 obstructed by some Big Tech company because they are seeking to parrot the Government
21 mantra, etc.
22 As I understand it with twitter permanently suspending my account it prevents me to cancel the
23 account. As I understand it advertisers are paying as to the number of followers/subscribers, etc,
24 with a company. As such, when twitter suspend a person it technically can still claim they are
25 subscribers but for advertisers still can charge to the number of subscribers, etc. This means an
26 Australian business or government entity that advertises with Twitter may be charged a certain
27 fee pending the number of subscribers, etc, while the actual number of persons able to use the
28 platform might be then if not hundreds of thousands of subscribers, etc, less. As such in my view
29 a gigantic rip off. If the subscriber or Twitter were to cancel/deactivate the account then
30 obviously this could result in a financial fiasco and so keeping the accounts but “suspending” the
31 account means that for advertising charges it can still be used, albeit the advertiser expecting an
32 X number of users to see the advertisement may only see X minus Y number of users. Where Y
33 is the number of suspended users.

13 motor vehicle deaths, etc.

18 publishing. Such active way of spreading certain propaganda I view means it is not at all

27 Why did the TGA provide “clinical approval” for a so called “vaccine” that is reportedly having
28 a mere 1% of “absolute risk reduction” instead of the claimed 95% effectiveness. Is the
29 TGA and its advisers going to claim they didn’t know/didn’t bother to check the details? Well,
30 than do not approve anything until you had all relevant details!
31 Indeed with the spade of complications and the government undermining the entire “clinical
32 trial” system the TGA should in my view have withdrawn/cancelled the “clinical approval” and
33 made clear that any “clinical trial” must be conducted within ordinary TGA guidelines and
34 anything otherwise is not to be deemed to be a “clinical trial” and has no legal justification
35 whatsoever.
36 If indeed there is a mere 1% of “absolute risk reduction” then considering the medical
37 problems flowing from having being jabbed (so called vaccinated) obviously alarm bells should
38 be ringing. You have seemingly, so it appears to me, more people dying from being jabbed then
39 likely to die from COVID-19. It just doesn’t make sense to permit “clinical trials” without regard
40 to the real harm perpetrated upon the “participants”. Neither can there be any excuse for John
41 Skerritt and other to claim “I didn’t know” because the very purpose of TGA is to research all
42 relevant details instead of merely following “government policy”.
43 What we have as it appears to me is that John Skerritt simply is going along with whatever
44 happened in European laboratories “We also have samples of those vaccines being analysed,
45 but we also are working closely with European laboratories and we've passed all the
46 laboratory tests.” rather then researching what is in the so called vaccines, such as include it

2 Let us not ignore reality where (albeit in the USA) nurses were paid a massive $10,000 a week!
3 Yes, a week! And, as Erin explains it was to simply do nothing. My many writings published at
4 scribd shows numerous links to videos proving that it was utter crap hospitals were overflowing,
5 where videos were taken that despite the news announcing people couldn’t get a bed at a hospital
6 and was massive overcrowded in reality the hospital was about empty. Again, video evidence
7 showed the truth. As Erin explains the monies the hospitals were receiving by essentially killing
8 or murdering patients was why hospitals had those kind of policies.
9 I view that if funding by the pharmaceutical companies to politicians, hospitals, doctors, etc, was
10 prohibited then medication prices would drastically drop. It also would mean politicians would
11 likely look after the best interest of their constituents and not what kind of monies they can make

8 rooms and put on a ventilator, even though we knew they were killing 100% of the
9 patients…“The problem [for non-COVID patients] was the…hospital-acquired infections.
10 So most of the time, these patients were not dying from COVID. They were dying from
11 really, just bad nursing care. And this was when I decided that I needed to contact an
12 attorney and tell them, ‘No one’s listening to me.’
13 “I tried to go up the administration, they told me to be quiet, we were all on gag
14 orders. So I just can’t stand by and allow people to just be essentially murdered in
15 these hospitals and nobody’s saying anything, you know, people are getting paid so
16 much money – 10 grand a week – that’s a lot of money. It’s kind of like, why were
17 they paying everybody so much?”
18 The reporter opines that Cuomo’s current #MeToo allegation crisis is really a diversion
19 away from these much bigger problems of nursing home deaths and medical fraud.

35 I am not including the entire document of 6 pages but safe to say that Darren appropriately sets
36 out that lawyers are failing to present matters appropriately in not challenging the validity of the
37 Act in question on constitutional grounds but merely seek to challenge the executive conduct. As
38 such, lawyers are making heaps of monies to challenge for some client, with donations from
39 other Australians, but causing utter and sheer frustration to those who donated because the
40 lawyers are failing to address the real constitutional issues at hand.
41 When I write, I very much challenge the validity of the State of Victoria (actually every
42 state/territory) as to legislate as to any “infectious disease” which falls within the ambit of
43 QUARANTINE within federal legislative powers. Indeed, I have set out numerous times that
44 once the Commonwealth commenced to legislate the States no longer possessed the “concurrent”
45 legislative powers. And, this is very important to be aware of as citizens are becoming frustrated
46 that the lawyers are making good money from donations but fail miserably in to present a matter

1 appropriately. While no one can be guaranteed to succeed in litigation, it is another matter to

2 essentially defeat ones own case by failing to raise the correct constitutional issues.
3 What we therefore have is that many Australians are becoming more and more frustrated.
4 Darren in his excellent set out quoting various Authorities basically is making clear lawyers need
5 to smarten up and pursue a case on constitutional matters. Regretfully, I came across Gaynor J
6 who claimed that the constitution didn’t apply to her. I am not aware how any judicial officer can
7 make such a claim because it is because of the constitution we have a judicature.
8 What we have is that for example the Victorian Police also are miserably failing, as I have set
9 out where I was assaulted and filed a formal complaint essentially the Victorian Police did about
10 nothing. After all they themselves are displaying violence towards citizens and as such can be
11 seen as to promote violence against anyone who doesn’t wear a mask, regardless of any medical
12 condition not required to do so, as their way to pursue the ONE WORLD ORDER system.
13 While I have become aware that some politicians are also objecting to the rot, they are by far in a
14 minority and well subjected to denunciations by other politicians.

16 Currently, we have at least medical doctors and some scientist as well as genuine honest lawyers
17 who are seeking to pursue peaceful ways through the courts or otherwise to get everything back
18 on track. However, let us not ignore that it will take little to lit the fuse and then the
19 consequences can be horrible.

21 Just imagine a parent having a child jabbed and then the child dies a horrible death and well the
22 parent having lost the child then may decide that it will be a response in kind.

7 Doctors, health professionals and millions of concerned Australians demand
8 an immediate end to unprecedented, pervasive and coercive “States of
9 Emergency” and the return to transparent and evidence-based pandemic
10 preparedness and early-stage treatment.

12 PRIMUM NON NOCERE -- FIRST, DO NO HARM
13 We, your fellow doctors, write to you motivated only by our concern for the welfare of our
14 patients and the health of our community.
15 Every doctor, like any individual, must answer to their own conscience. Doctors in particular must
16 answer to an Oath, the swearing in of which has fallen away, yet not without leaving its spirit alive.
17 This oath was, and is, founded upon ‘primum non nocere’ or ‘first do no harm’.
18 And so this letter is aimed at reminding all doctors of our ethical obligations and to furnish our
19 consciences with information so that none can claim ‘I did not know’ or ‘I was wrongly advised’
20 or ‘I was just following orders’.
21 The people of Australia face unprecedented, pervasive and coercive ‘States of Emergency’ with
22 severe restrictions to liberty and widespread impacts on health, life and livelihoods. ‘Flattening the
23 curve’ for a few weeks has become eighteen months of fear, anxiety and control. Much of it
24 unnecessarily contrived through sensationalist media, failed political leadership that has abdicated
25 its responsibilities to academic and health bureaucrats who appear far removed from the realities
26 and sufferings of ordinary Australians.
27 In early 2020, the Australian government, following the example of other countries, and the
28 sudden about-turn of the World Health Health Organisation (WHO), abandoned long-established
29 and existing pandemic guidelines in favour of enforced lockdowns, mask mandates, mass-testing,
30 digital surveillance, border closures and the quarantining of the healthy. This approach was novel,
31 untested and unprecedented.
32 We have had multiple on-again/off-again lockdowns, mask “mandates”, the coercion and
33 mandating of novel and unproven vaccine technology, invasions to privacy in the forms of QR
34 check-in codes and severe economic stress. In the reckless pursuit of the mirage of an unattainable
35 ‘Covid Zero’ state, 400 Australians die every day from all causes. These Australians are dying
36 within a grossly disrupted heath care system and while their loved ones are inhumanely denied the
37 opportunity to properly mourn them.
38 Whilst in 2021 to the 6 th of August, we had twenty-two registered deaths attributed to Covid-19.
39 The average age of death from Covid-19 remains 84 years, which is higher than average life
40 expectancy in Australia.
41 This global public health experiment has clearly failed, having caused untold harm to literally
42 billions of people. A return to long established, evidenced-based pandemic preparedness
43 guidelines must now be urgently sought.

48 LOCKDOWNS
49 The collateral damage from lockdowns is clear; significant harm is being inflicted upon humanity,
50 and devastating health and wellbeing across the globe. Vulnerable and disadvantaged communities,
51 and especially children, are paying the highest price. Evidence suggests lockdowns have not
52 reduced mortality from COVID-19, and they provide little benefit over less restrictive measures.

1 In addition, there are grave concerns lockdowns may ultimately result in a longer and more lethal
2 pandemic, with many unforeseen and unintended health consequences.

4 CASES AND PCR TESTS
5 Every medical student is taught that clinical diagnosis is founded upon three unshakable tenets.
6 History, Examination, Investigation in that order of hierarchical importance. With the
7 unprecedented utilisation of PCR based diagnosis in the interest of public health and mass
8 screening the Doctor has been dangerously removed from the diagnostic process. We now have a
9 situation where an infection has been defined as a positive result on PCR. PCR has been
10 demonstrated to be inadequate as a measure of illness severity and infectivity and so is not fit for
11 purpose. Excessive Amplification Cycles of 37 - 45 have been used routinely, guaranteeing many
12 possible clinically false positive results. We call upon doctors to inform themselves more fully and
13 reject the flawed data and overly severe policies driven by forensic PCR technology.

15 MORTALITY RISK
16 SARS-CoV-2 is of course a real virus which has caused many deaths worldwide. How many deaths
17 is difficult to calculate as ‘covid deaths’ have often been defined as ‘a death with a positive PCR
18 Test’ rather than as a result of the recognised disease process and illness caused by the SARS-
19 CoV-2 virus.
20 However, we all know that multiple co-morbidities are involved 94% of the time (CDC -- CDC:
21 94% of Covid-19 deaths had underlying medical conditions | WEYI (nbc25news.com ). Thus it is
22 more than likely the 3.8 million deaths are an overestimate. Overwhelmingly these deaths have
23 been in the frail elderly and others with serious pre-existing illness, (See here and here) often in
24 populations where the average age of death with/from covid exceeds that of the average life
25 expectancy. That said, estimates of the infectious fatality rate (IFR) cluster around 0.15-0.2%
26 overall, which is similar to the IFR of influenza, and 0.05% for those <70 years. The risk to
27 children is very low, less than for influenza, and the risk to adolescents and young adults is 4
28 orders of magnitude lower than the elderly and so do not justify any restrictions applied across the
29 population. We endorse the recommendations embodied in the Great Barrington Declaration.
30 We call for doctors to restore a sense of proportion to the dialogue.
31 ‘Deaths from All Causes’ data from Euromomo in Copenhagen reveals that there has been no
32 pandemic of excess deaths in all of Europe (including the UK) in 2020 or in 2021 beyond what is
33 often seen in a bad Influenza year.

36 RESTRICTIONS
37 Restrictions on our liberties (lockdowns, border controls etc) have been used as an article of faith
38 in the absence of empirical evidence of benefit. Evidence to date from multiple global
39 comparisons supports the conclusion that there is a lack of relationship between the stringency of
40 restrictions and mortality. Indeed, if anything, restrictions appear more harmful than helpful with
41 delayed medical care resulting in many deaths, increased
43 morbidity and adverse psychological impact. World renowned epidemiologist, Prof John Ioannidis
44 of Stanford University has described lockdowns as ‘pro-contagion’.
45 We find it unethical and anti-scientific to support the punitive policies of Australian governments
46 both state and federal, and call for an immediate and permanent end to lockdowns in all its forms
47 and all ‘states of emergency’ in peacetime.

49 MASKS
50 Pre-existing WHO guidelines state that there is no evidence that face masks are effective in reducing
51 transmission. Cloth masks were not recommended under any circumstances However, the
52 evidence of harm caused by long term use is well-recognised and well-evidenced. N95, surgical or
53 cloth masks were never designed, nor are capable of, stopping or reducing viral transmission.

1 Without any new evidence, and under politic pressure, the WHO changed its guidelines to allow
2 governments to enforce mask mandates on its populations. However, it continues to acknowledge
3 that there is limited evidence to support the use of face masks by healthy people in the community.
4 Much of the claimed ‘evidence’ prompting this policy change comes from computer simulations,
5 laboratory studies, or observational studies, which lack the rigour of randomised controlled trials
6 (RCT). However, the recent RCT ‘Danmask-19 trial’ by Bundgaard et al, found no statistically
7 significant difference in rates of infection with SARS-CoV-2, between those who wore masks and
8 those who did not in the community. More information and evidence about mask effectiveness
9 and safety can be found at our website.

11 EARLY TREATMENTS
12 There is abundant evidence supporting the use of anti-viral therapies, such as Ivermectin in
13 combination therapies with other agents including Zinc, Doxycycline, Azithromycin and Vitamin
14 D3, as both a relatively safe prophylactic and early treatment for Covid illness. Aspirin, inhaled
15 and oral steroids have also shown to be beneficial.
16 Other agents being used in more difficult cases include Montelukast, Anti-coagulants, Maraviroc (a
17 CCR5 Antagonist), Statins and Fluvoxamine. We believe doctors have an obligation to be
18 informed of this and to offer such choices as preventative or early treatment alternatives to their
19 patients. For more information.
20 "In summary, based on the totality of the trials and epidemiologic evidence presented in this review along with the
21 preliminary findings of the Unitaid/WHO meta-analysis of treatment RCTs and the guideline recommendation
22 from the international BIRD conference, ivermectin should be globally and systematically deployed in the prevention

25 acknowledged and even encouraged ‘off-label’ prescribing of some peer-reviewed and well-
26 evidenced early treatments for Covid, such as Ivermectin, recognising it as a lawful and common

32 THE VACCINE TECHNOLOGIES
33 The issue of Covid Vaccines is a controversial and sensitive one. The Covid Medical Network is
34 NOT ‘anti-vax’. We acknowledge vaccination may curb the pandemic and is aimed at reducing
35 hospitalisation and death from SARS-CoV-2 virus. However, we believe, in the interests of
36 transparency and for the sake of individual patient
38 care, doctors should be aware of some important, yet lesser-known issues. We are concerned that
39 many members of the public and some medical colleagues seem unaware of some basic facts
40 concerning the current Covid vaccines.
41 Only provisional approval for 2 years has been granted by the TGA, for both available covid
42 vaccines, as they are considered investigational. Similarly, in the USA, due to incomplete efficacy
43 and safety data, the available gene-based (mRNA and DNA) vaccines have only been made
44 available by the FDA under Emergency Use Authorisation legislation. The TGA Deputy
45 Secretary, Professor John Skerritt, and Minister for Health Greg Hunt have both made public
46 statements that this vaccine rollout is a clinical trial (effectively an experiment) that will conclude
47 in 2022.
48 Both available vaccines in Australia are totally new gene-based, nucleic acid (mRNA and DNA)
49 vaccines and viral vector vaccines.
50 The mRNA vaccine technology, using Lipid Nano-Particles (LNPs), has never previously been
51 used on humans. Both vaccines carry genetic instructions for the host’s cells to make antigen to
52 induce an immune response.
53 Due to the unprecedented ‘rush to market’ via Emergency Authorisation Usage in the USA,
54 doctors should be aware of the deficiency of many of the established standards for vaccine
55 development which have been bypassed. Of particular concern being the absence of completed

1 Developmental and Reproductive Toxicity (DART) studies. Neither were genotoxicity nor
2 carcinogenicity studies performed. There is also an absence of long-term safety data.
3 Concerns about biodistribution are also now being raised about both the ‘produced’ Spike Protein
4 and LNP components of the vaccines. Evidence of their delivery and expression systemically,
5 beyond the injection site, is now available, including the unexpected accumulation of LNPs in the
6 ovaries as revealed in the Japanese Ministry of Health animal studies, as well as studies revealing
7 spike protein biodistribution concerns among health workers from Harvard’s Brigham Women’s
8 hospital. Both findings raise significant concerns about future fertility issues for young people.

10 Concerns have also been raised that the induced Spike Protein itself can act as a pathogen
11 independent of the virus, as has been revealed in the Salk Institute study, entitled: COVID-19 is a
12 Vascular Disease: Coronavirus’ Spike Protein Attacks Vascular System on a Cellular Level.
13 Doctors, their patients and the general public should also be made more aware of the concerning
14 and unprecedented ‘safety signals’ being raised through official reporting systems both in Australia
15 and around the world. (For more information, see Appendix 2) For example, the adverse events
16 and deaths following vaccination that have been reported to the TGA. Currently 377 deaths and
17 39,077 adverse events have been reported. Although this does not prove causation, the
18 comparison with previous incident reporting experience and comparative reporting systems raises
19 grave concerns.

29 INFORMED CONSENT
30 Doctors have a legal obligation to inform patients of the important, ‘material’ risks involved in any
31 proposed procedure or treatment. In keeping with the principle of shared-decision making and the
32 NHMRC’s informed consent guidelines, and the Australian Vaccination Handbook Guidelines, it
33 is the opinion of the Covid Medical Network that informed consent cannot be said to have been
34 granted if the doctor has not informed the patient (a) that they are a trial participant (b) that
35 effective preventive and early treatment therapies exist, (c) that there are a wide range of possible
36 adverse effects including death (d) that people below 70 years are a low risk of death from the
37 virus and (e) that breakthrough infection and transmission is possible. More information here and

39 We also believe that the conditions of free and informed consent are not being met if the patient
40 is under duress regarding their employment or freedom to travel.
41 We believe any medical therapy, including vaccination, should not be mandatory, consistent with
42 the right to bodily integrity as recognised by Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as
43 other national and international human rights documents and covenants.

45 PROFESSIONAL AUTONOMY AND THE DOCTOR PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
46 The government has decided it is the best arbiter of what information you are provided access to
47 and has threatened practitioners with disciplinary action should they offer any critique against the
48 government’s public health responses, including the vaccine rollout. They have also been inhibited
49 in discussing and recommending early treatment alternatives such as Hydroxychloroquine and
50 Ivermectin, even risking jail for 6 months in Queensland for transgressing such draconian
51 directives and legislation.
52 We of the Covid Medical Network believe it is the duty of doctors to advocate for their
53 own professional Doctor - Patient relationship and stand against undue government
54 interference in the consulting room.

48 countries, as I understand it certain jabbed pilots are not denied flying due to various pilots
49 having died suddenly from blood cloths after being jabbed.

52 be those jabbed who will be the ones who due to shedding and other dangers might discover that
53 the very “vaccine certification”/”vaccine Passports” can and will be used against them, as was

2 It should be obvious that the was no use in establishing an AFP special team merely to “watch”
3 what so called anti-vaccination persons may state. It rather would be that the AFP would take

18 I selectively accepted on medical advice to have certain vaccinations where as others I didn’t
19 consider it justified. After all, when you do not really know what kind of POISON is in a vaccine
20 then it is better to be very limited in accepting any jab. Now, however when a see the GP like a
21 complete idiot hiding behind a mask totally ignoring the dangers associated with just wearing a
22 mask then how on earth can I respect such a person?
23 When I attended to the chemist to collect some prescriptions for my wife and mentioned the
24 issue about COVID-19 not having been “ISOLATED” the pharmacist as I understood it
25 responded: What if you were wrong and the whole world was right?
26 It seems to be clear that this pharmacist relied upon what was parroted rather than as to factual
27 issues. How on earth then can I trust this pharmacist? He obviously didn’t have a clue what is
28 going on and the numerous medical doctors and scientist which are warning about the dangers.

30 But, I view I am concerned and when then I view the TGA is disregarding proper safety
31 precautions and accept so called “vaccines” to be used for an alleged “clinical trial” but
32 recklessly being used by the politicians to suit their own purposes with a total disregard to the
33 safety of Australians and others, then unless the Australian Federal Police decides to step in to
34 ensure that whatever is going on it must be within the confines of the constitution and within the
35 confines of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) then there might be no alternative but the citizens will
36 have to defend themselves as they deem fit and proper against the enemy within and any
37 outsiders invasion using its agents within the Commonwealth of Australia.
