as follows:
1. I will first update the Master Database for New and Existing staff, this will take me around at least 4 hours
without distraction. Once I have updated this, I can work on my other reports which are linked to this.
2. AGM Report 2021, as its an yearly report for CEO & Board of Directors. It's a very important task with deadlines.
But to achieve this Report I need information from the Master Database . This Report involves final HR figures for
that Year and at least requires 6 hours to achieve. To work on this, meetings with the manager and CEO and with
other HR team members will also be involved to achieve final numbers.
3. Module & Competency Report update for the staff’s competency documents, this will take me around at least 4
hours without distraction. Once I have updated this, I can work on my other reports (HR Compliance) which are
linked to this.
4. July HR Compliance 2021, Every first week of the month the Compliance report needs to be submitted to the
CEO and Board for the monthly BOARD meeting. As this is the last week of June, and I have a deadline to send
before the meeting I will try and complete this task parallel to the AGM Report.
5. Day-to-day tasks, they are somewhat urgent and sometimes important but not urgent depending upon the
request. Its very hard to mention the time required but usually every day approx 2 hours of time consumed to
achieve the tasks, like handling employee queries, phone enquiries, email, visitors, request from other team etc
6. Team meetings are good and can emphasize the important and urgent tasks. Sometimes when there are too
many deadlines and work stress other team members provide support.

T93.1.4 Interruption and available time. This is the time in which you will allow people to interrupt you, or you
are available to deal with the situations and work that other people are doing.
Answer : Every day is different at work, some days are challenging and some are easy one. Occasionally on a challenging
day, Interruptions are unavoidable. We are a team of six people at work when I am doing some task which is important
with a deadline, others respect that and they try their best not to disturb and resolve the issue.

I’m a morning person, so most of my home work I try to finish in the morning or weekend so that my evenings are
At work I try to focus in the morning hours to achieve my goals and post lunch for a few hours. Leaving other time for
meetings and interruptions.
I sleep on time and take 8 hours of sleep to be energetic for the next day, avoiding gadgets at night.
Saturdays are full-ons with morning study/ Course study and later with kids activities and other personal appoints/
shopping etc.
Weekends Sundays are very lazy mornings with long sleep and bed tea, to enjoy little pleasures of life.
Task 94 Written Questions (Please remember to write a minimum of 6-8 sentences for each)
T94.1 What have you done to ensure your personal work performance meets your organisation’s requirements and
standards? (Consider discussing things like reviewing your job description, getting other people’s feedback etc.)
Answer : My goal is to stay on top of deadlines at work by prioritizing my work effectively and following my work &
personal calendar.
I also want to improve the ability to Recruit and attract the best talent for my organisation across the locations. To do
this we are currently working on ERecruit software and managing Talent via our Organization's website. We will be
Trimming down on outsourcing of Recruitment and bring it into the HR and increase the productivity of Talent
Management, this process will reduce the cost to the organisation by nearly 20% and eventually increase the profit.
To achieve the organisational goals I’m currently learning the best ways to work on the software and organizations
website/facebook/Linkedin page to narrow and attract the Talent, also accurately storing the information in the
Recruitment Information system. This information system will help us organise, summarise, interpret, retrieve and
communicate the data effectively and will achieve us with the increased results in the Recruitment & selection process.
My studies towards the Diploma in HRM will gain me knowledge and skills to perform my role in HR more effectively.
My current Job description is Human Resource Generalist, where I work on every part of HR. It will change with this
upcoming project and narrow towards my role more into Talent Management, which I always wanted to work on.
I usually ask feedback directly from the team, my IT team with whom I work immensely. It's always good to know where
you need to learn and develop.
T94.2 How do you develop and maintain your professional competence? (Consider discussing things like
professional development workshops, reading professional magazines, networking and studying in your answer.)
Answer : On-going development of professional competency is very important for an individual to maximise their
potential, team productivity and boosta organisation’s profit margins.
My current study towards my Diploma will add to my professional development, which I try to work towards over every
weekend. I also read at bed before sleep, some of my favorite sources to read professional articles are LinkedIn and
Medium.
When I travel to work, I drive and try to listen to TED talks. They are also a very good source for me to develop
professionally.
T94.3 Discuss the process you use to develop your personal development plan, including how you self-reflect on your
Answer : First I started by listing my strengths, weaknesses, and technical skills and competencies. Then I did Skills gap
analysis, this included the skills needed for my current role/future role, and then a self-evaluation for each skill, which
helped determine which areas to develop in future.
I have listed out 3-5 development points to focus on with my goal, KPIs for achievement, Short term goals, actions and
timeframe for achievement, Mid-term goals, actions and timeframe for achievement, Long term goals, actions and
timeframe for achievement.
I have also considered evaluating my progress every quarterly. To see where I'm upto to achieving my goals ? Do I need
to readjust or improve on things ? How well i’m doing in my Personal Development Plan ?
T94.4 How do you gain feedback from others to identify areas you can improve? (Consider discussing things like
performance reviews, feedback from the boss, 360° reviews, etc. in your answer)
Answer : Feedback is all about you, it's our job to find it by directly asking it or observing it. I always prefer talking with
my peers or my reporting manager about my work. We do have 360 reviews and Annual Performance appraisals at my
current job. I also prefer talking to my managers and taking their opinion on how I can perform better.
Deep critical feedback gives a lot of constructive opportunities to improve. At the same time for me it's really important
to not take things personally or react critically but to learn and perform much better in future.
I also believe being observant is a kind of feedback that helps me change my course of action or the way things have
been done. That's really important to me, if my work is confusing others then i need to change the way its done.
