TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINATION: The security Services denotes for providing a condition with Watch
abd Ward service, when the home, office premises, mansion, warehouse, store shed,
garage, factory, Industry etc. of the client with Whom a contract has been signed are
successively protected from intrusion, loss theft, robbery, vandalism and burglary or
When travelers are protected from threat, threat robbery against their against their
belongings.

2. SCOPE : The company shall provide security-services to its clients as per the contract
schedule. The guards and their duties must confirm to the following:
a. The Guard .
i. Must be trained and experienced for defense-forces
ii. Must be trained in unarmed and/or armed combat.
iii. Must be able to use fire extinguishers and fight-back fire-hazards.
iv. Must have guaranteed fidelity.
v. Must have previous-records verified.
vi. No food, accommodation, transport or uniform to be give to the Guards by the
clients, if not stipulated early.
vii. Must be in uniform authorized by the company. May be plan plain clothes if so
opted for.

3. THE CLIENTS :
Undertakes to follow the principles herein under:
a. On signing the contract, the client shall paid some of equipment to one month bill,
which shall be counted as the security-deposit and to be adjusted with the bill of the
last month of the contract.
b. Any observation about the Guards and their duties must be reported to the company
management at the earliest.
c. Guard will not be granted leave or holidays by the Client, Guards should not be
offered any tops or remuneration for his good deeds.
d. Guards should not be asked to work in any place other than that mentioned in the
contract schedules.
e. Monthly bills must be paid within seven days of receipt of the invoice. Non-
payment of any months bill will automatically be noted terminates the contract.

1994 (Act XIVIII of 1994), envisioned to generate employment opportunity for
