    AFFIDAVIT

    I, JACQUELINE ELIZABETH BENAVIDEZ ROSALES, Filipino, of legal age,


    and residing at Lot 27 Block 16, Nauru Street, Town and Country Southville, Sto.
    Tomas, 4024, Binan Laguna, subscribing under oath, depose and state that:

    1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Lapu-lapu 1, San Jose


    Batangas with an area of 13,935 square meters and covered by TCT No. T-110578;

    2. I have sold the above described parcel of land in favour of Marilyn I. Juachon
    in a Deed of Absolute Sale dated 24 June 2020;

    3. I have already given notice to the owners of adjoining lots of the said parcel of
    land and to all possible redemptioners with regard to the sale of the same;

    4. Said notice appraised the said owners of adjoining lands and other possible
    redemptioners with regard to their right of redemption in case they wish to redeem the
    same from herein Vendee;

    5. I am executing this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of Article 1621 to 1623


    of the New Civil Code of the Philippines as pre- requisite to the registration of the
    aforementioned Deed of Absolute Sale.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our signature this ___ day of
