    Notice - Preventive measures – Machines - Program

    Dear Customers,

    We herewith advising you some important periodic and preventive machine maintenance steps that is to be
    followed in our installed Brother, Citizen and Toyo machines. The main bulletins are as below.,

    Replace the servo & NC batteries:

    Due to long ideal or OFF condition of the machine there is chances are lost the NC memory and Zero
    position.
    Please replace the Batteries when machine is ON Condition.

    Clean and apply oil & grease:


    Clean the machine properly and apply the grease on the Work Table, Spindle, Turret, Ball screw, LM
    guideways to avoid rusting

    Dry Run :

    If possible, please do the Dry run at least 30 Min / Da y.

    Coolant tank ;
    Clean the coolant tank and circulate the coolant oil 30 Min / Day by switching on the pump.

    A perfect machine maintenance at this idle time reciprocates good performance and ensuring fine reliability
    that smoothens the output in a fine manner.
