    Terms and Condi1ons:
    1. 12% VAT are included in the rates.
    2. Rates are determined by both actual weight and volumetric weight, whichever is higher based in own
    packaging.
    3. Final weight of own Packaging shipments is actual weight (weight in scale) vs volume weight (package
    dimensions), whichever is higher rounded up to the next whole number.
    4. Return to Sender (RTS) will be billed 50% of the total shipping fee.
    5. A 2.60% charge based on invoice value are applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment op1on.
    Payment Remi\ance is every seven (7) working days.
    6. A term of 30 days billing a]er every cut off date.
    7. Addi1onal 1% charge for the Insurance based on the declared value of the parcel.
    8. Wee Xpress Asia reserves the right to change the rates with prior no1ce.
