 Our Story

e Begining
AR Builders was founded by Mr.N.Arjunan, in 1980. Growth of this small,
1980 sole-proprietor building operation was inevitable as his son Er. A. Rajendran
M.E., started taking on larger projects over a larger geographical area.

Strategic Growth
From AR Builders to AR Constructions.
Er.A.Rajendran sensed further opportunities in the civil construction industry
2011 and the company's strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these
opportunities. This decision proved to be very prudent as AR Constructions
achieved steady growth due to successful completion of a variety of regional
projects.

Accreditation
AR Constructions has gone from strength to strength, taking on larger and
2014 more ambitious projects. Project and contract management systems have
been re-engineered to guarantee customer satisfaction.
AR constructions achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 2014.

A step forward
In 2017, Er.A.Rajendran started another branch as AR Associates with
2017 the vision of becoming an even larger and more comprehensive civil
construction organisation. The ongoing desire for quality and professional
service was reaffirmed with this change.
