CONCLUSION
This was one of the most memorable experience of my life all the people associated among this
observations had been very co-operative.

The very experience of going to the school for seeking permission was regarding the staff of the
school was very welcoming and co-operative to the extend.

The school surveyed by researcher is one of the best school in Jabalpur. SASSS school has more
than 2500 students and more than 100 teachers. All of the teachers are devoted to their duties and
have good teaching skill. Surveyed school got established in the year 1868 by Jabalpur Diocesan
Education society with the goal to educate children of the society selflessly.

The Principal and teachers of the school take personal care of the individual students as a
philosopher and guide. As a result, it’s a make bond between the two and its easy to communicate
between them.

During observation researcher learnt that the faculty retained their position to encourage the
students. Researcher also learnt a very good lesson from this, that one of the most desirable quality
of a teachers was that of a motivator and encourager.

On the whole researcher found that the atmosphere of the institution was disciplined in context with
the students as well as teaching and non teaching staff.
