project deadlines

E. Problem Solving Skills: Able to breakdown projects by gathering


information to identify problems and creates creative solutions; Works with
team members to diagnose a problem; Able to recognize successful solutions

F. Punctuality: Demonstrates reliability by complying with work hours,


attending work functions, arriving on time to work, and by giving the proper
amount of notice for time off.

G. Initiative: Shows interest in creating ideas and acting on those ideas to solve
problems. Knows when to act independently and when to consult supervisor;
Takes time to research and plan before presenting new idea, follows through
on ideas

H. Customer Service: Demonstrates commitment in creating a service-


oriented atmosphere for both clients and staff; maintains a respectful and
caring manner; ability to communicate effectively, listens to client concerns;
able to anticipate needs of clients.

I. Interpersonal Relations: Demonstrates respects for team members and


supervisors; maintains good working relationship with all individuals
throughout the organization.
