DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managed research and development team for the development of Ethylene oxide and Propylene
oxide-based guar gum, TKP and cellulose derivatives on R&D and pilot scale and developed pilot
plant for the same.
• Good handling knowledge of distillation, drying, filtration, scrubbing & scrapping, extraction,
centrifuge, grinding & crushing, heat transfer operations mechanisms.

Aluminum Chloride, Retention agents, Defoamer, polyamines, polyamides, coagulants & flocculants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Headed team of research & development department to develop new formulations for different
types of surface coating agents used in paper industry.
• Played role in technology transfer, troubleshooting, product site applications, product coding &
product grading.
• Hand on experience in the manufacturing of emulsions, emulsifiers, paper chemicals, textile
chemicals, paint & polymers, acetic acid and solvents distillation.
