negotiation process even during this pandemic,these are really hard times and we appreciate the
efforts made by them to conduct this online I hope that in the coming years we would be able to use
this platform more effectively. I would also like to thank the Mr.Karan / Mr.Mohit as they agreed to
resolve the issues via mediation as litigation can be tortorously time taking and this will help us both
save resources. Allow me to introduce my client . This is ________ and I am his counsel Mr. Bruce
banner. Before we start, I would just like to point out that I am merely here to assist mr. _______
and the final decision making power lies with him.Also I would like to state that my client has the
authority to take decisions on behalf of his company.Since the first step to a fruitful result has

site thus there has to be a warning sign and its highly unlikely that there was none. We are not
implying that you might have missed it but we looking into the fact that there might be some
