It gives me chill, it was fun and I felt energized

Yes it does, because it makes me feel good and alive

1. What is the importance of dancing when it comes to relieving stress?
Dancing bolsters physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and
flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety. It's also a fun activity that sharpens the mind, increases aerobic
power and strength, builds social bonds, and can reduce pain and stiffness.

1.1How do you feel after doing exercise dance?


It was fun, I felt alive, but tiring because, didn’t do an exercise dance during this pandemic

1.2It is really possible to incorporate any kind of dance into exercise dance?
Yes, dancing is a whole-body workout it can be possible to incorporate at any kind of dance for example, a
30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging.

1.3Aside from Hip hop, what other form of dance can be incorporated in a dance exercises?
The other forms of dance that can be incorporated in a dance exercise are: Ballet, Ballroom, Contemporary,
Jazz, Tap dance, Folk dance and Irish dance.

Activity 3
1. What are the reasons why most of the people don’t have time for physical activities such us exercises
and dancing?
Exercise is an activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness while
dancing is moving rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps. Exercises and dancing have a
good benefits, but why people don’t do the exercises and dancing?

The reason why, because people don't have time for physical activities such as exercise and dancing
because they prefer to do some of their works than to do exercise, they can’t afford gym, they are too tired to do
exercises, or maybe they are getting bored easily, also they don't have the motivation to do so.

There are so many reasons why people don’t do exercises and dancing, that is why, make sure your goals
are reasonable. Avoid the ‘all-or-nothing’ trap of thinking that physical activity is a waste of time if it can’t make you
super-fit or super-slim.
2. At this time of pandemic, how can dancing help to relieve stress?
Dancing helps me feel better at this time of pandemic. It makes me feel alive all the time when I am dancing,
it gives me more energy to dance more, like when I am practicing some tiktok dances.

Dancing gives me a happy mind, make me feel calm and optimistic, because Dancing is like any other
physical activity releases the neurotransmitter, endorphins (also called happy hormones), which serve to reduce
stress. 

I recommend dancing to avoid stress and anger, it also ffectively promote good health by improving
cardiovascular fitness, strengthening the muscles, increasing circulation, decreasing blood pressure, lowering the
risk of coronary heart disease, reducing stress, and many other positive benefits.
